This diploma thesis deals with the design of a hotel with a restaurant at the base the highest peak of the White Carpathians, Veľká Javorina. The area is located near the White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area and the Cetuna Natural Monument. The location has the possibility of using year-long and seasonal activities such as downhill and cross - country skiing or ice skating on frozen ponds, cycling in the new built-up cycle paths, hiking or walking on educational trails, horse riding, swimming in nature or visiting a family mini-zoo with the possibility of personal contact with animals. The potential of the concerned area is still used mainly by domestic, persons with the possibility of accommodation by acquaintances or owners of seasonal cottages and houses due to insufficient short-term accommodation. It was the main imulse for the design of accommodation. A piece of land on the border of the cadastral area of Dolné Bzince and Hrubá Strana of the village of Bzince pod Javorinou was selected for the building construction, due to its satisfactory position, orientation and also for the possibility of its evaluation. The building is designed as a separate-standing object onto an undeveloped territory of the municipality, which was used for agricultural purposes. It's been a long time it lies on ice, decays and its value decreases with expanding overgrown trees. The land is slightly sloping, oriented to southwest. The building has three main entrances and secondary entrances for smooth operation of the hotel. There is a day (leisure) part placed on the 1st floor, also a part for accommodation employees and immobile clients, parts for hotel management, cleaning zone and restaurant. On the 2nd floor there is an accommodation part with 19 rooms and a library. Into basement is a sport and relaxation part, which consist of fitness center and wellness center. Land evaluation of important prehistoric agricultural sites in Bohemia

The presented bachelor thesis deals with the land evaluation of 80 prehistoric archaeological sites. The aim of the thesis is comparison of evaluated land in the past and the present on the basis of suitable sources. Information about the past evaluation of land was drawn from the Theresian Czech cadastre and imperial imprints of maps of the stable cadastre. The present land evaluation is represented by maps of BPEJ and their evaluation points. The comparison of evaluated land in the cadastre of archaeological site on the maps of imperial imprints with one kilometre perimeter around the site is also included. The survey of literature characterises briefly the prehistoric eras and the diversified approaches to the land evaluation up to the present times. The result of the thesis is that the land evaluation is higher in the present on the basis of used research tools and methods. The land evaluation is lower in the immediate vicinity of the site. Spatial externalities in transport: Prague case study Summary: This diploma thesis deals with spatial externalities in transport, namely occupation of land in the centre of Prague. It is divided into eleven chapters, which are further divided into individual subchapters. Literature review, in which the theoretical part of this work is contained, deals with the issue of externalities in transport and real estate evaluation and is listed in chapter four to seven. Practical part of thesis, which is primarily focused on quantifying and evaluating of occupation of land is contained in chapter eight. In its introduction there is also mentioned the methodology of work, including the data and programs used. Following part is a brief description of the monitored area. Based on the results of quantification and evaluation of occupation of land by the transport infrastructure there is subsequently elaborated discussion of possible use of the acquired knowledge. Ninth chapter is the conclusion in which the objectives of this work are repeated and thanks to their fulfilment also answers to the research questions that the author put in the introduction. Land evaluation went a long way. From the beginning determine the amount of taxes, when for determining the diference in land evaluation was used simple methods, associated for example with sowing, the evaluated methods still proved on still lower levels. Today it has naturelly scientific basis and is processed for each ground in land register. The aim of the work is to describe the development of land evaluation in Czechia and try it on model location Pivkovice in South Bohemia.

The specific project procedure of the complex land regulation in concrete cadastral territory

The present Bachelor thesis deals with the specific project procedure in the Cadastral territory Maříž, located in the district of Jindřichův Hradec in the southwest of Moravia. It presents the results drawn from the project documents, terrain explorations, perimeter determinations and borderlines investigations within the complex land regulation. The Bachelor thesis aims at evaluation of the examined facts in order to be able to build a preparation of requirement and another step in the project procedure within the framework of the complex land regulation.
