Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá koncepcí kybernetické kriminality. Začíná popisem historického vývoje kybernetické kriminality a s ní související počítačové technologie. Práce dále uvádí důvody, proč ke kybernetické kriminalitě dochází, a popisuje kybernetickou kriminalitu z praktičtějšího hlediska, přičemž analyzuje různé typy útoků a útočníků včetně názorných příkladů. Teoretická část práce je zakončena kapitolou věnující se prevenci a detekci kybernetických hrozeb. Účelem praktické části je ukázka jednoduchého Denial of Service útoku.
The Company network security design and recovery plan

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the company's network security and data recovery. The theoretical part is devoted to the current legislative requirements of the EU, Czech Republic, and relevant standards. It also provides an overview of cyber threats, statistical data on cyber attacks from the National Cyber and Information Security Authority, and a general procedure for designing a security network architecture and data recovery plan. The work is done in collaboration with the head of the IT department at Ferrit Ltd. The practical part deals with the analysis and description of the current state of the IT security network in Ferrit s.r.o., the design of a data recovery plan in case of ransomware attacks that would encrypt all data in the company, and the development of training for employees in the field of information and cyber security and a test to verify their knowledge. The paper concludes with an assessment of the benefits of designing a new network security architecture, data recovery plan, and user training.

21. 5. 2020 Abstract Securitisation proces of the cyber security in the EU Denis Jiskra Institute of Political Science Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University 2019/2020 The diploma thesis is dealing with the development of the European Union's cyber security policy during the specific time frame since the 1990's until the current time. The thesis is focused on the securitization process, that so, dynamic intersubjective process of threat construction with the aim to find out, to what extent securitization formed the cyber security policy of the European Union. The subject of the thesis is also an analysis of the cyber security narrative topics with the aim to determine which topic leads and if there are changes between them during the research period. In this respect, the model of cyber security discourse variations inspired by the Copenhagen school will be used. In the current thesis will be also introduced the development of cyber threats, its historical contextualization, as well as their gradual globalization.

The pitfalls of social engineering, prevention and protection

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of social engineering, especially from the point of view of threats, which is present for society today. In addition to clarifying the concept itself, the aim of the thesis is to familiarize itself with the most common tools and methods of social engineering, with respect to expansion of information technologies, which is a golden age for the given branch. The output of this thesis is a general manual for the manager. It will form the cornerstone of information security settings and will be an imaginary counterbalance to identified threats and also as a possible tool for employee training.

This master thesis entitled Cybersecurity deals with cybersecuriy issue. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to cybersecurity and cyber threats classification. The practical part deals with a case study regarding disputes between China and the US in cyberspace. The goal will be to test a hypothesis that China and the United States are at cyberwar with each other.
