Vývoj kriminality a delikventního chování u studentů středních škol
Pavliš, Ondřej
The subject of the bachelor thesis "The development of crime and delinquent behaviour among high school students" is an evaluation of the current state and development of crime and delinquency. The goal of the theoretical part of the the-sis is to provide a comprehensive overview of delinquency and crime with a focus on children and youth and its development in the years 2011-2021. The overview is prepared by means of a literature search and analysis of statistics from the Police of the Czech Republic. An image of reality in which youth crime is developing is one of the factors in determining appropriate measures to eliminate the growth of crime. The aim of the practical part of the thesis was to find out what awareness high school students have of crime and delinquency, whether they have ever encountered this behaviour and whether prevention is carried out in schools. Using 3 sub-survey questions, the questionnaire survey sought responses, which were subsequently evaluated and graphically illustrated. To map the current situation within high schools, a quantitative survey method was chosen using an online questionnaire.

For this comparison was used analysis of interviews with non-profit organizations workers. The results of the comparison were in the end linked with the theoretical starting points of the work - the causes of youth criminality. It has been found that the non-profit organizations , which have been compared, consider as the most important factor the influence of the family. The identified problems of non-profit organizations include financial aspects, insufficient evaluation of the efficiency of organizations and in some cases also the lack of cooperation. On the contrary, the positive finding is that the interest in volunteering in the organizations examinated in this Thesis is quite large.
