The choice of the best somatotype for a given sport using factor analysis
Bušík, Peter ; Fusek, Michal (referee) ; Michálek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with factor model, which is used for data reduction. The purpose is to find unobservable common factors, by which we are able to simply describe observed data. The thesis presents an estimation for parameters of factor analysis by the principal component method, a factor rotation by the varimax method and a way of estimating factor scores by the regression method. Using the computing programme STATISTICA, we apply the factor analysis on the data set, obtained in Korfball. Based on the results, we try to determine the best somatotype for players of this sport.

This Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of sales promotion and advertising of a sports club. The supporting documents for the work are drawn from both the specialist literature for the theoretical part and the club's supporting documents for the analytical part. In the described club I hold the position of marketing specialist, so in the design section I take the liberty of suggesting further possible steps to achieve the club's objective. Supporting the sale of the club means all its activities to take on and sell its brand. Individual activities that can generally be used in sports marketing are the content of the theoretical part of the work. The analytics section offers a contemporary marketing mix of a club that has recently undergone a major brand change. The conclusion of the work is focused on my proposals, which aim to promote the rebranding of the club within its environs.

The findings using different means of regeneration in the Czech Extra-league Korfball
PEŠÁK, Petr
The aim of this work is to develop a comprehensive overview of methods and means of regeneration forces. Also, this thesis investigates the extent and if there are means of regeneration forces used in the Czech Extra-league Korfball. I used the questionnaire method . The first part provides basic information about korfball competitions in the Czech Republic and European competitions, brief history and the explanation of the rules . The study also contains the overview of the regenerative resources. The second part examined use of regenerative resources by korfball players in top competition. The results of the survey showed significant deficiencies in the use of regeneration in the Czech Extra-league Korfball. Almost without using remain funds that increase the financial costs of players and clubs. The most frequently used regeneration by moving has reached 70%.

BERNÁ, Kateřina
This thesis is focused on finding how korfball is integrated in the process of sport education at secondary schools in the region of České Budějovice. The survey was carried out by questionnaire and interview methods. A school was chosen where korfball was experimentally taught. The theoretical part of this thesis includes general information about korfball: rules description and clarification, the system of the game, the history and subsequent development, the club and national achievements. In the survey, issues were investigated such as korfball development in the region of České Budějovice, pitch types at schools, possible interest from student´s side and why korfball is not regularly played at schools. It was then looked into how students as well as their teachers evaluate korfball from different points of view. For example interest in collective lessons for girls and boys and its effectiveness. All results are graphically expressed and mentioned in the discussion and conclusion of this thesis.
