Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat ucelený přehled metod a prostředků regenerace sil. Dále práce zjišťuje v jaké míře a jestli vůbec jsou využívány jednotlivé prostředky regenerace sil v České korfbalové extralize. K tomuto zjištění je využita dotazníková metoda. Nejprve jsou zpravovány základní informace o korfbalových soutěžích v České republice a o evropských soutěžích, stručná historie a vysvětlení pravidel. Dále je v práci přehled jednotlivých regeneračních prostředků. Na základě dotazníkového šetření je zkoumáno, v jaké míře jsou tyto regenerační prostředky využívány hráči nejvyšší korfbalové soutěže. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření ukázaly značné nedostatky ve využívání regenerace v České korfbalové extralize. Téměř bez využití zůstávají prostředky, které zvyšují finanční náklady hráčů a klubů. Nejčastěji využívaná regenerace pohybem dosáhla 70%. The aim of this work is to develop a comprehensive overview of methods and means of regeneration forces. Also, this thesis investigates the extent and if there are means of regeneration forces used in the Czech Extra-league Korfball. I used the questionnaire method . The first part provides basic information about korfball competitions in the Czech Republic and European competitions, brief history and the explanation of the rules . The study also contains the overview of the regenerative resources. The second part examined use of regenerative resources by korfball players in top competition. The results of the survey showed significant deficiencies in the use of regeneration in the Czech Extra-league Korfball. Almost without using remain funds that increase the financial costs of players and clubs. The most frequently used regeneration by moving has reached 70%.
