Optimization of personal income tax at a selected business entity

The bachelor's thesis examines the method of calculating the income tax of a business entity. It represents the structural elements of the tax enabling the reduction of the amount of tax or the tax base. The work deals with the methodology of tax calculation in general and compares the methods with the one used by the introduced company. According to the given method of tax calculation, the thesis proposes options by which it is possible to achieve a reduction in the amount of tax. The conclusion of the work is to evaluate the way in which the tax is calculated for the selected business entity and to substantiate the chosen methods that reduce the tax amount or tax base with specific calculations.

It is a catalogue of possible solutions for tram lines and stops and their basic comparison. The content of this bachelor thesis is a design solution and check load-carrying steel frame structure of the supermarket in Vrbno pod Pradědem. The square plan dimensions are 32,00 x 60,00 m and ridge level is 12,55 m. The structure is designed as a single hall, the construction system is built of two-pinned cross frame with an axial distance of 6,00 m between main frames. The hall has a saddle roof with an inclination of 10°. All the cross-sections of the main load-bearing elements are plate and made of the same steel category.

The objective of this work is a design solution and check load-carrying steel construction of the sports hall. The square plan dimensions are 28x28 m, the ridge level is 11,5 m. The building is located in Vsetín. The building construction is designed as a single hall, the construction system is built of a three-hinged main frame. Centre to centre spacing main frame is 5,6 m. The hall has a saddle roof and its inclination is 10°. The cross-sections of the main load-bearing elements are plate.

The building is located in the premesis of the vicinity of The Faculty of Arts, where was the extensive reconstruction and also the final extension. The survey was conducted for this reason . The experimantal part of the thesis include a static assessment of the mansory wall.

Utilization of chosen construction elements in the scope of insurance products

This bachelor thesis deals with construction elements, their definition, existence in insurance products and their influence on possibility risks´ insurability, indemnity and premium amount. In the introduction of this thesis, the fundamentals of insurance are explained. Second and third chapter deal with defining the terms, that are the core of the issues raised in this thesis. In the subchapters of the second chapter, the term of insurance product will be described, including possibilities of its structuring by the subject of insurance and the last subchapter introduces us law given terms needed for insurance arranging in order to benefit from insurance coverage. Fourth and fifth chapter deal with occurence and influence of construction elements in insurance products of Generali Pojišťovna a.s. The fourth chapter describes and analyzes occurence of insurance elements in selected insurance products, that will be the subject of comparison and research of their importance in the following chapter. In the conclusion, information about construction elements are summarized and recommendations are given for their utilization (selection and choice) when arranging insurance.
