Multifunctional house

The aim of the thesis is to project a family house with a workroom and to work out a plan. The house is being built on building site no. 1127/28 in the town of Hoštka. The project is developed for four to six residents, with the workroom (separated side entrance). Self-contained house ground plan is in the form of the letter L (47.57 × 50.85 ft.). Disposition of the projected single storey house is 5+1 with the habitable attic. There are entry foyer, hall, bathroom, toilet, living room, utility room, garage, workroom with kitchenette, toilet and multifunctional lobby on the first floor. Hall, bedroom, two other rooms and bathroom with toilet are located in the habitable attic. The house is projected on concrete strip. The concept of design is in contrast rectangular mass units with a soft outer shell halls. This transparent ETFE foil sheath immaterial defines the basic volume halls. In contrast, there is the austere cubic mass, consisting of a layer of vertical adjustable curtains in red, which allow control of lighting conditions indoors. Working solution is based on the universality and flexibility of spatial concepts, for use of the area is variable, reflecting the wide professional profile Sciences and technically oriented part of the faculty. Building structure enables change of any user, modification technologies in short cycles and adaptability in terms of surface require. At the is used the principle of "shell and core", ie equipment basic service core is enclosed inside, and other equipment will be easily refillable according to the needs of a specific user. The design consists of three consecutive mass communication-related neck. At the first mass there is entrance space, sanitary facilities, offices, laboratories and technical facilities. At other two mass there are halls, the first is about half the size of the other. These indoor spaces can be variably split a total of 12 identical units (for each unit are the storage areas, sanitary facilities and offices) Storage areas are placed under the hall, as well as underground parking. Connecting neck serves not only to communicate as such, but it is a social or relaxing space. In this area at the same time meet all the staff and transmit a valuable experience.
Apartment building “Poco”

This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in the town Brno, located in town disctrict Královo Pole. The apartment building has five floors (basement floor included) and has five residential units with common areas of the house and space for parking in a basment floor. In a first floor there is an office with a storage room and hygienic equipement. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic brick technology Porotherm 30 S Profi with facade thermal insulation Isover 70F of thickness 150mm. Horizontal structures are monolithic - reinforced concrete. The roof is made up as pitched roof konstrution in saltbog roof shape. The design emphasized increased comfort in use and the overall modern concept of an apartment building.
House with establishment

The topic of my thesis is new building family house with an establishment - offices. The house is situated in flat terrain in Kroměříž in the new development of houses. House has 2 floors. The first floor is divided into a part of the establishment and the part for living, the second floor is designed only for living. The building is designed in the system Porotherm (walls and ceilings) with thermal system ETICS WEBER. The roof is a flat roof.
Hotel Tiny Reed

The fivefloor building connected with the indoor staircase and the lift. The underground floor is composed of the storage spaces for the restaurant and the hotel, the engine rooms for the lifts and the air-conditioning system. On the first floor there is a restaurant with the kitchen, a reception office and sanitary facilities for the visitors and the staff. The second above-ground floor is composed of the offices, the conference room and the sanitary facilities for the staff and the public. The third floor is intended for accommodation. There are eight rooms. On the fourth floor you can find two suites. One two-room suite with the living room and the kitchenette. The second one one-room with the living room and the kitchenette. From the suites there is an entry to the terraces.
Reconstruction of apartment block

This diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of the reconstruction of sewing company in Zlín. Contemporary storey house will increased of one storey. In new storey will created five housing units. Space of sewing company will reduction and instead of will created housing unit and office. Next to the house is courtyard. On the courtyard will constructed gallery for entry to the housing units in second storey.
Rehabilitation centre, Pasohlávky

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a rehabilitation center, which is located in the cadastral area of the village Mušov on the border of the village Pasohlávky. It is a two-storey rehabilitation center with a gym and a partial basement. The thesis deepens the initiative of Thermal Pasohlávky, which plans to build a spa resort in the same section, combining elements of spa care, recreation and sports use. The object fulfills the function of a rehabilitation medical facility. The center is designed for up to 50 patients and is functionally divided into three parts. The first part consists of rehabilitation. We will find here several exercise rooms, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, doctor's office with waiting room and reception. Rehabilitation also includes a gym with access to the terrace and park. On the second floor we can find specialized department of ergotherapy for people with different types of disabilities and second functional part of the bulding designed for staff facilities. It is made up of staffing facilities, dressing rooms, offices and meeting rooms. The third functional part consist from the technical background of the building and is located on the ground floor. The object is designed as a wall system, built from sand-lime bricks km beta Sendvix and insulated with the ETICS thermal insulation made from mineral wool. Horizontal supporting structures are designed as reinforced concrete. The entire building is roofed with a flat roof. Wooden windows and doors are used in the building to fill the holes. Before the building is a parking lot for employees and visitors of the rehabilitation facility. The design respects the principles of barrier-free solutions. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of a project documentation for the execution of the construction.
SMS Enterprise Premises

The Bachelor thesis focuses on small and medium-size enterprise (SMEs) premises situated near the Kšírova Street in Brno. The construction area is to be found in the city district Horní Heršpice. The nearest surroundings are characterised by a multifunctional neighbourhood. At the same time, the new planned city district is taken into consideration. The area intended for reconstruction has recently served as a builder´s yard. The designed construction is composed of two buildings and its location on the plot enables it to form a city block. Although both, the main and the adjacent building are designed as four-storey buildings, the main building is significantly larger. Main gallery, production areas with facilities, eating facilities, management and a car park are to be found in the main building. The access to individual production units is from outside back porches. The perforated metal sheet front wall facing the city district constitutes a chief element having aesthetic and psychological functions. There is an inner yard between the two buildings that is going to be used for supplying.
Semi-detached Multifunctional Building in Prostějov

This thesis is focused on the design and preparation of project documentation multifunctional building in Prostejov. Building has a basement, six floors and the last floor is the attic. The structural system is longitudinal wall and is made of Porotherm system. Floors are made of ceramic panels Heluz. Roof is designed as Gambrel roof. The building is connected to the next building.
Office building

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a new construction administrative building with three above-ground floors and a basement and with almost zero energy consumption. The building is located in the outskirts of Brno on Vídeňská street. The building is designed using a non-ducted monolithic skeleton with a stiffening wall, the outer shell is solved using monolithic reinforced concrete walls with an ETICS insulation system and large window glass areas. Supports for controlled plant growth are installed on some parts of the facade, and the roofs throughout the building are designed as flat vegetated roofs. Partitions used in the building are plasterboard and glass. A canteen and a sales area with facilities are planned on the first floor of the building. Administrative spaces with multifunctional layout solutions are located on the second and third above-ground floors. The office spaces are designed as both open space and separate offices. The building has one underground floor, and its use is planned as warehouse space and technical facilities. In the core of the building, the necessary sanitary facilities and communication spaces are located on each floor. The entire building is designed as wheelchair accessible. The modern and timeless design of the building enables the creation of a pleasant environment for its daily use, guarantees its long-term sustainability and at the same time allows for it to participate in shaping the modern panorama of its surroundings.
