Pedestrian bridge in Příbor
Škrachová, Ivana ; Nečas, Radim (referee) ; Koláček, Jan (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor thesis is about a concept of pedestrian bridge across the river Lubina in city Příbor. For final design of pedestrian bridge was made three preliminary designs of constructions and one of them was choosen for detailed processing, assessment and making drawings. The choosen variant is made as prestressed concrete's beam with parapets. For calculation of internal forces was used Scia Engineer Software. Assessment was made by method of ultimate and serviceability limit state. A process of constructio's works are not going be treated in this work.
Frame bridge
Kapsa, Štěpán ; Velešík, Marek (referee) ; Koláček, Jan (advisor)
The work deals with the design of a single-pole frame structure of a road bridge, which is based deeply on piles. Due to the size of the span of 26 m, additionally prestressed cables are designed in the supporting structure. The structure is analyzed by a three-dimensional bar model and assessed for serviceability and load-bearing limit states in the longitudinal and transverse directions. Part of the design is a study of the influence of supporting the computational model and a comparison of the effect of active and resting earth pressure on the structure.
Computer Network Design for the Company TERAMEX-TRADING, spol. s r. o.
Kadlec, Miroslav ; Ivičič, Lubomír (referee) ; Ondrák, Viktor (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes a computer network design of the new building residence for the company TERAMEX-TRADING, spol. s r. o. The project is based on theoretical knowledge of the issue, on the environmental analysis and especially on requirements of the investor. The result is comprehensive computer network design and its estimated budget costs of implementation.
Design of Computer Network to New Company Area
Štetina, Patrik ; Jordán, Vilém (referee) ; Ondrák, Viktor (advisor)
The aim of bachelor’s thesis is design of new computer network for company, which is moving to new area. The bachelor’s thesis is divided into three parts. The first part concerns the analysis of the current state. Next part is engaged to the theoretical ground design solutions and last part contains a design for new computer network.
Design of the Computer Network in the Reconstructed Corporate Building
Porč, Karel ; Jordán, Vilém (referee) ; Ondrák, Viktor (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of computer network in the reconstructed part of the company Karel Porč s.r.o. The thesis describes the theoretical background, the analysis of the current state, the requirements of the investor and from this the design of the computer network is created. At the end, the work also shows the estimated budget for the network.
Gmont Cable s.r.o., cable manufacturing plant
Vacek, Václav ; Vostrejž, Dušan (referee) ; Boleslavská, Yvona (advisor) ; Sobotka, Jindřich (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the drawing of the industrial plant, namely the work is focused on the part of the administrative and the employees' background. The assignment of the atelier work is a newly built factory of Gmont Cable s.r.o., which is focused on the production and installation of cable harnesses, cables and conductors. The proposed object will contribute to the growth of the company, which is constantly developing and increasing its capacity. An ambitious investor also includes further product development by cooperating with Brno R & D institutions. The object is designed in rectangular shapes that copy the plot and the surrounding area of the industrial zone. The building is divided into two parts, a two-storey office building with facilities for employees and a production hall. Both of these objects are at the same height level that are joined together in the western part. From the eastern side, these two objects divide the half-closed atrium, which is open to Těžební Street. Thanks to regular column rafters, the entire building is designed as a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton, covered with kingspan sandwich panels and a partially glazed facade made of profiled glass call profilit that illuminates the entire interior of the building. The entire building is wheelchair accessible and offers plenty of space for both staff and visitors to park.
Multi-Conductor Model of Communication over Outdoor Power Lines
Franek, Lešek ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (referee) ; Vozňák, Miroslav (referee) ; Fiedler, Petr (advisor)
PLC - power line communication is not new. It has been known for many years. But It never be used in massive scale. There were only sporadic applications, for example ripple control system HDO used in the Czechoslovakia. PLC currently experiencing a renaissance thanks to the advent of Smart Grid. PLC offering relatively low bit rates and relatively unreliable transmission, but these disadvantages compensates very low costs to build a communication infrastructure and it offers specific functionalities for Smart Grid. The question is whether the declared parameters will be met in the real world. This thesis tries to find an answer.
Bridge on a ramp
Otevřel, Rostislav ; Pachl, Radek (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
Thesis describes the design and assessment of a plan view of a curved road bridge, which is a part of an elevated crossing transferring directional divided communication and tram line of public transport in Brno. There are four variants of cross sections designed, from which is selected bicameral cross section with arched angled bottom plate, which should be aesthetically pleasant to impress in an urban environment. Static calculation is processed and design is assessed by current European standards. Then clear and detailed drawings, the process of construction and visualization of the bridge are processed.
Migration of telemetric narrowband radio networks to the IP standard
Stupka, Richard ; Lattenberg, Ivo (referee) ; Maršálek, Roman (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the innovation of narrowband telemetry radio networks to the IP standard. This involves the modernization of old radio data networks that do not use the IP standard or are nearing the end of their life cycle. Renovation has a great benefit in terms of performance, reliability, and security. This modernization is achieved through migration, which means upgrading the old technologies to new ones. The objective of this thesis was to develop theoretical analysis and a technical procedure for network migration. It was deals with the currently used technologies and utilized components, parameters of individual network nodes, the actual design of the migration technical solution and network preparation. After the analysis and technical solution for migration had been performed, the proposed migration solution through simulated operation in a laboratory environment was verified. Based on the obtained information, configuration files for real-world usage were created, radio signal coverage in the field was verified and the communication capability in the newly built RipEx2 network was tested.
Slab bridge
Malý, Jan ; Muroň, Vlastimil (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a road bridge over the Volyňka river. Three bridging variants were proposed, of which the bridge variant, whose supporting structure consists of an additional pre-stressed concrete slab, was chosen for subsequent detailed assessment. The variation with prestressed prefabricated girders with composite slab is chosen for more detailed assessment. Detailed structural design is made and selected parts of the construction are checked for ultimate and serviceability limit state by Eurocode. Calculation of load is made by manual way and then by exact way with program Scia Engineer 22. The results from both calculation methods are then compared. Detailed drawings and visualization are made as well.
