The thesis proposes a concept of use in the context of helix models that promotes social inclusion and empowerment of the disabled in society through an unusual employment for the disabled in a sheltered garden center that would be established on the brownfield site. The new proposal deepens cooperation with the town of Jindřichův Hradec, universities and secondary schools and presents new forms of cooperation with local businesses.
