The Subject of this thesis is the isuue of motivation and stimulation of employees in the company Tesco a.s. The work is devided into three parts. The firt part analytzs theoretical backround which is needed to process for preparation of other parts. The second part is analytic, includes informations about company and there is aslso covered the motivatial system of company. The last part is practical and includes a few proposals of improvements of motivation system.

The diploma thesis deals with the proposal for change to the system of evaluation and remuneration of employee in the selected company. The thesis is devided into four parts.The first part describes the basic concepts of the theoretical systems of the evaluation and remuneration of employee. The next part is analysis the current situation of the company, which includes an analysis of the system of evaluation and renumeration of employees. The third part is devoted to employee research and a guided interview with the head of the production segment. In the last part of this work are proposals for further development of the system of evaluation and remuneration of employees.

The subject of this thesis is the work motivation, evaluation and remuneration of employees in selected company. The teoretical part describes the basic notions which are related to this issue. The practical part deals with the analysis of the current incentive system in the selected company. The outcome of this thesis are suggestions and recommendations that will improve customer satisfaction and employee motivation.

The thesis deals with the issue of performance management in relation to the evaluation and remuneration of employees. Performance management (performance management) is the process of ensuring that a set of work activities and outputs effectively meet the stated strategic objectives of an organisation. In this paper, the factors that influence work climate, employee motivation and performance were analyzed and identified. In the theoretical part, the background in the field of personnel activities, human capital, human resource management, professional competencies and work performance of selected groups of employees was elaborated. Emphasis was placed on defining models of employee evaluation and remuneration. Individual criteria are linked in company practice with analytical job evaluation and then compared with formal evaluation of employee performance over a certain period. On the basis of the theoretical foundations thus defined, the second part of the thesis was developed - empirical. This part describes the research carried out, which was designed as a mixed-method research, i.e. using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Satisfaction Employees of Telecommunications

This thesis explores whether employees of telecommunications are satisfied with their jobs, and if they are, why so. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze all the factors, which has influence on employee satisfaction in chosen enterprises and sugest possible suggestions for improvement. The survey was made in South Bohemia region and I interogated 59 employees of the chosen enterprises. The survey were divided to five sections: satisfaction with their job as a whole, satisfaction with an atmosphere at their workplace and with their colleagues, direct superiors, salary conditions and development and education conditions. The results show that most of them do this job for money and they are fine with overworking and stress. Even thought almost everyone is stressed in this job, they would recommend this job to their family members and, according to the survey, atmosphere on the workplace is great.
