Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá, zda jsou zaměstnanci telekomunikací spokojeni se svou prací, a pokud ano, proč. Hlavním cílem této práce je zanalyzovat všechny faktory, které mají vliv na zaměstnancovu spokojenost v podniku a navrhnout možná zlepšení. Bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření v Jihočeském kraji, dotazníku se zúčastnilo 59 respondentů. Dotazník byl rozdělen do 5 sekcí: spokojenost s prací jako celkem, spokojenost s atmosférou na pracovišti, přímí nadřízení, platové podmínky a podmínky rozvoje a vzdělávání. Výsledky průzkumu ukazují, že lidé jsou ochotni dělat práci, ve které jsou přepracování a vystresování výměnou za nadstandardní peněžní ohodnocení a dokonce by i tuto práci doporučili. This thesis explores whether employees of telecommunications are satisfied with their jobs, and if they are, why so. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze all the factors, which has influence on employee satisfaction in chosen enterprises and sugest possible suggestions for improvement. The survey was made in South Bohemia region and I interogated 59 employees of the chosen enterprises. The survey were divided to five sections: satisfaction with their job as a whole, satisfaction with an atmosphere at their workplace and with their colleagues, direct superiors, salary conditions and development and education conditions. The results show that most of them do this job for money and they are fine with overworking and stress. Even thought almost everyone is stressed in this job, they would recommend this job to their family members and, according to the survey, atmosphere on the workplace is great.
