Management activities of free time teachers - of the main leaders of children's camps

The final thesis deals with the topic of sequential managerial functions performed by the chief executive of a children's camp. It is based on the assumption that the head chief performs all managerial functions in the preparation and implementation of the action sequence. On the basis of the specific literature read, the theoretical part characterizes each sequence functions - planning, organization, personnel and control. It specifies the children's summer camp as a child's recovery time period and clarifies the rules for the organization, including legal aspects. It also assigns specific jobs for the head chief of the camp before and during camp for each sequential management functions. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey among the main leaders of the childrens' camps, for who are graduates of the course qualifying for the specific position. Analysis of the results showed that the head chief, regardless of the childrens' camp's operator, perform all the sequential management functions at least half of these activities. The highest rate was found at activities carried out by the main leaders, who work all year round as educator of a free time, and are employed in the Youth Centre or in The Leisure Time Centre. Readiness of graduates of educational courses for the main leader of recovery events for children and youth to perform the function

The main goal of the thesis is to find out the subjective perception of the quality of the main leader's educational course and its practical benefits for graduates and to analyze the theoretical content/content part of the course itself. Based on these findings, the work formulates proposals for possible changes to qualification standard issued by the National Qualifications Framework with effect from December 2015, which is the basis for accreditation of the course and its design. The theoretical part of the final work discusses the importance of professionalization in adult education, its impact on the quality of education and the importance of the profession. Nor does it omit the legislative requirements governing further adult education. It also includes a detailed description of the qualification standard of the main leader in the Czech Republic and its comparison with possible foreign concepts, examples of other selected professional qualifications in the field of non-formal and leisure education of children and youth. Main camp leader - a pedagogue and manager

The Master's Thesis focuses on pedagogical and managerial tasks of children camps' main leader. The aim is to define these tasks and to analyse the position's official formal characteristics - professional qualification and experience - for camps organized by bodies that are not leisure time educational centres. The assumption here is that mostly the head chiefs do not hold professional qualification as there is no legal obligation. The Theory uses comparative method to classify camps as leisure time educative activity. Further, the history and legal and practical conditions of the camps are described. Pedagogical and managerial tasks of the head chiefs are explained together with desirable competences. Possible ways of gaining the professional qualification are presented. In the Research part the above stated assumption was supposed to be confirmed or rejected through a questionnaire and additional guided interviews. 103 respondents of the research were head chiefs of children camps organized in 2016 in South Bohemian Region, Czech Republic. The integration of handicaped children and youths in the camp "Společenství harmonie těla a ducha"

The bachelor thesis deals with integration of handicaped children and youths in the camp "Společenství harmonie těla a ducha". Goal of the thesis is to present non-profit organisation "Společenství harmonie těla a ducha", to focus on issue of integration and to analyse scale of integration within the frame of particular activities of the camp. Another goal is to make a suggestion for measures for next running of the camp for the year 2014. Following basic terms are described in this thesis: "integration" and "free time in the camp". Text is divided into two part: theoretical one and practical one. Those two parts are connected through each chapters. Proposals for better integration in the year 2014 are mentioned.
