Equipment for handling the switchgear panel

The work deals with the design of a handling device used for lifting, rotating, and moving a switchboard. The first part of the work includes a review of technologies for handling large loads. The second part contains a summary of legislative regulations for handling switchboards. Furthermore, the work includes the design of the handling device, comprising the concept design, construction design, and strength verification of selected structural nodes.
Virtual commissioning of the multi-purpose manipulator

This thesis deals with the virtual commissioning of the XTS linear transport system in cooperation with an industrial robot. The theoretical part is devoted to the division of handling devices and kinematics of industrial robots. The practical part deals with the design of a demonstration task using handling devices whose movements are controlled and configured by means of a PLC using kinematic transformations. Furthermore, this part focuses on the structure of the control PLC program and HMI visualization for controlling the operation of the workplace, including the robot and XTS. The PLC program and HMI is processed in the TwinCAT 3 software environment. Finally, the functionality of the kinematic transformations is verified by virtual commissioning in the NX Mechatronics Concept Designer software.
Pallet truck

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a pallet truck, equipped by mechanism which allows the truck to be loaded into van. Truck is designed for manual-hydraulic drive of forks and for load of 1000kg. The basic types of pallet trucks are described in the research part. There is also described Innolift, which is only one with the self-loading mechanism. The main construction nodes are solved in the design part including strength calculations

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of handling equipment for a motorcycle, according to the specified parameters. The search section, containing information about handling devices. Furthermore, the design and calculation of the construction of the lifting mechanism, hydraulic circuit and drive of the whole device are processed in this work. This diploma thesis is focused on the construction proposal of pallet hoist connected with powered section roller conveyor for transportation of europallets with loads 1200 kg. The proposed hoist is designed for vertical handling between two working positions with the distance 5 meters. The thesis contains all structural units of machine, design of all standars parts and control calculation of some parts using the finite element method (FEM). The thesis contains complete drawing documentation for designed machine.
Material Handling Platform

This bachelor thesis is focused on constructional design of workshop handling platform which is driven by linear hydraulic motor. First the types of gripping of linear hydraulic motor are described. Next part contains drafted solutions of handling platform construction. Important part of thesis is composed of statistical computing of machinery parts and their strenght computations within the frame of designed proportions. Afterwards the bearings are chosen according to thickness of shaft and the hydraulic motor and the diagram of hydraulic circuit are designed. At last controlling computations are done and assembly and weldment drawings are created.
Design of production line handling equipment

This master's thesis is focused on the design of handling and lifting equipment of production line. This thesis deals with the design of the frame for transverse feed of 100 mm and longitudinal feed of 1500 mm. The thesis deals with the design of several lifting equipment for load capacity 1450 kg and stroke 120 mm. The main part of this thesis is focused on appropriate calculations for selected variants of lifting equipment. The conclusion contains comparison lifting constructions and description equipment in the production line. The thesis contains assembly drawings of several lifting equipment variants and assembly drawings of equipment.
Modelling of various inventory management methods and production line delivery concepts

The content of this bachelor thesis is an overview of theoretical models of inventory management and their modeling in Plant Simulation software from Siemens. The modeled systems are subjected to experiments in order to determine the effects of individual input parameters on production. One of the models is extended by various handling equipment. In the case of handling equipment, the influence of control parameters on their efficiency is investigated.
Handling equipment for the pallets

The bachelor thesis deals with the structural design of the handling device for moving EUR pallets on a flat storage area and possible stacking of these pallets. The introduction of the thesis is a research analysis of current manipulators on the market with similar parameters as in the assignment. Subsequent chapters deal with conceptual design, strength calculation of selected elements and choice of components. The drawing documentation is documented for the bachelor thesis.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of static placement table for lifting loaded EUR palettes. Load capacity of the manipulator should be at least 1500 kg and lift height from the zero position at least 700 mm. Furthermore it should be possible to switch between electrical and hydraulic drive. This thesis consists of two parts, technical report and drawing documentation.
