Extension of the building on Husova Street in Slavkov u Brna

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the assessment of the existing building of a family house and the design of a complete reconstruction, abovestructure and extention and its change to a multifunctional building. The solved building is located in a terraced house on Husova Street in the center of Slavkov u Brna. The building is divided into 3 functional parts, namely the rebuilt and upgraded part of the building, the demolished part of the existing extension and the newly designed part of the extension. The entrance to the building is secured by an underpass to an enclosed courtyard with additional parking spaces. The new condition has two floors, a residential attic and a partial basement. There is a hairdressing salon on the first floor of the converted part of the building. In other parts of the upper floors there are four residential units. In the basement there are warehouses, cellars, hygiene, utility room and relaxation room with sauna and shower. In the rebuilt part, the original load-bearing system made of mixed masonry and wooden beam ceilings was preserved. In the built-up part, a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling and ceramic fittings are proposed. The supporting system of roofing with a mansard roof is made of a wooden truss and steel central beam. Concrete blocks in the basement and ceramic fittings for the above-ground floor are connected for the load-bearing structures of the extension. The rigidity of the structure is ensured by reinforced concrete monolithic wreaths, ceilings. The roofing of the ports is solved by a single-skin roof over the stairs and a double-skin countertop roof over the housing units. Thermal insulation of peripheral structures is the subject of the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The facade on the south side facing Husova Street will be renovated to its original condition.
Business Plan of Hairdressing Salon Establishment

The Master´s thesis concerns with the creation of the business plan. The prospectus is aimed at the establishment and the launching of the new hairdressing salon. Simultaneously, the business plan analyzes a status of other hairdressing salons, including the direct competitors. Based on the research and analyses are chosen the suitable strategy and tools which should bring added value to the owners and the satisfaction of customer´s needs as well.
New-Built Detached House with Business Premises in Rovečné

The bachelor work deals with the project documentation of a house with a hairdressing salon, including a detailed solution of construction details. The house is designed as a single -floor house, with a basement under a part of it. In the basement there is a technical background of the house, storage space, a utility room and a garage. On the ground floor there is a hairdressing salon and other rooms. The house is designed as a detached house situated on a gently sloping terrain, which makes the access into the basement garage possible. The roof is designed flat with single casing.

The master’s thesis concerns with creating of a business plan for establishing a hairdressing salon which will be situated in Nový Hrádek in Královéhradecký area and will be carried on a trade. The proposal of business plan is based on theoretical knowledge and on compiled analysis (SLEPT, SWOT, Porter analyse) and chooses convenient strategies for the needs of customers and create a value added creation for the possessor.
Nursing home

This thesis deals with the Nursing home in the city of Prostějov. The object includes 36 one room flats and 2 three room flats. There are proposed another equipments which are related to nursing services such as two surgeries, rehabilitation, massage salon, coffee bar and hairdressing salon in the building. The hole building was designed as accesible. The object is two storied, cellarless and its grand plan is indented. It is staffed on plane plot in a quiet area of apartment blocks. There are going to be build new road, parking places and surfaces outside. The roof is designed as flat single casing or double casing. The main structure system is designed as walls of ceramic blocks and ceiling of reinforced concrete. All of the flats are situated on the southern side and the entrances are situated on the northern side.

Bachelor’s thesis introduces business case for expansion of hairdresser’s operating for ten years already in Brno into a more luxurious hairdressing salon. Detailed and comprehensive study of various aspects proves feasibility of the case. This study includes reconstruction of the salon, new equipment, extension of services offer, human resource, marketing communication and financial analysis. Major attention is paid to reality of business case and financial calculation based on conservative estimates of revenues and costs and real potentialities of financing the case from foreign funds.
Detached House with Hairdressing Saloon

This bachelor’s thesis deals with design of a family living with a hairdressing saloon. This is a two-story house connected to ground establishment . The house is designed for a family of four . Peripheral bearing masonry thickness of 300 mm is lined with ceramic bricks Porotherm 30 P + D on classical mortar contact system thickness of 150 mm of expanded polystyrene. The internal load bearing walls , partitions and ceiling are also for Porotherm . The roof above the living area are counter with visible rafters and insulation is designed as Rafter . Roofing is designed ceramic tiles Bramac Ruby 9th color is chestnut brown and a glaze finish . Above the roof vegetation establishment . Part of the main building is a garage , above which the walkable terrace . The facility is oriented to the north, the residential part of the house mainly to the south and west. Outdoor plasters are designed as thin scratch coat structures in the color combination of olive green and orange- yellow. Windows, doors and gates are plastic in the color of mahogany – imitation wood . The bachelor’s thesis is developed in the form of project documentation step for building construction.
Low-rise residental buildings

The topic of the project is to design a new building of low-rise residential buildings in the locality Brno-Sadová. An urban study was already a part of the assignment, into which it was necessary to incorporate design. The basis of the architectural and structural design is simplicity, functionality and practicality. The building is made of brick, consisting of nine blocks arranged into three blocks of flats. The building has three floors, without basement. Thanks to terraced arrangement, large terraces and a covered porch at the rear emerged. Large glass surface on the south side allows a pleasant view over the historical center of Brno. Against overheating there are sun screens on the south facade. There is a total of eleven flats, hairdressing salon and a massage parlor.
House with business premise

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design, development of project documentation, and assessment of a residential building with a commercial space. The new building is designed in the city of Pardubice, on plot number 1384/20. It is a two-story house with a partial basement and a commercial space in the form of a hairdressing salon. The basement includes an underground garage, which can be accessed via a driveway ramp. The structure has a flat roof, and the walls of the above-ground floors are made of ceramic blocks, while the basement walls are made of concrete blocks from permanent formwork. The building is founded on simple concrete foundation strips. Inside the family house, there are two staircases: one wooden and one monolithic reinforced concrete. The building's ceilings are made of prestressed Spiroll panels, and thermal insulation made of stone mineral wool is applied in the above-ground section, while extruded polystyrene is used in the basement. The building is designed for a five-member family for permanent occupancy.
