Fiscal policy of the Russian federation after 2008

The aim of this bachelors thesis is to evaluate the impact of the fiscal measures of the Russian government on the economy of the state as a whole and to assess the impact of the excessive tax burden on the business sphere. The content of the theoretical part is the definition of the basic concepts of the given issue, the principles of functioning and the objective of fiscal policy, the function of public budgets and information on revenues and expenditures of the state budget. Theoretical part also contains the structure and progression of the government budgets of the Russian Federation after 2008. The practical part includes an analysis of fiscal measures of the Russian government on the model of aggregate demand and aggregate supply. Another important point of the practical part is the analysis of subjective opinion of the management of enterprises on the tax burden in the Russian Federation.
The sensitivity analysis of the change in oil price on Norwegian government budget in years 2005-2015

This study selectively surveys, unifies and extends the literature on the volatility of prices on commodity goods, in particular oil and its effect on the government budget of Norway in the period from 2005 until 2015. It employs an analytic framework that examines the sensitivity of the economical channels that connect the government budget of Norway to the offshore economy. Data was gathered from the reports provided by the Ministry of Finance, Statistics Norway and Norges Bank. Findings suggest that oil price is an important factor affecting the government revenues and expenditures and that from the assesses channels only the channel of Government Pension Fund Global in Norway is the least sensitive to fluctuation in the oil prices.
Debt Brake as an Instrument for Consolidation of Public Budgets in Germany

The presented thesis examines the process of adoption of new constitutional rule - debt brake - into german Grundgesetz. Germany attempts to establish the debt brake not only on European level, but also recommends other EU states to accept it. The goal of this thesis is to descripe and evaluate the process which has led up to acceptance of the debt brake as one of potential solutions to stop the excessively growing indebtedness and which has been by far influenced by the work of II. commision for federalism reform. The thessis strives to answer the questions if there was political, expert and social agreement on the issue, how does it influence budget sovereignty of the federal lands and if it really can be an effective instrument in the effort for stopping of indebtness increase, alternatively if it brings any effect even before it came into force, for example in the form of preparing of the budgets for 2016 and 2020 respectivelly. One part of the thesis is dedicated to Swiss debt brake, which served as a model for the german one, especially in terms of it's functionality. The Propensity to Government Budget Deficit: Analysis of the Influence of Political Cycle on Czech Fiscal policy

The basic goal of diploma thesis "The Propensity to Government Budget Deficit: Analysis of the Influence of Political Cycle on Czech Fiscal policy" is to identify fundamental factors which influence decisions about the size of government budget balance and to analyze the influence of political cycle on the volume and structure of government expenditures in the period of 1993-2009. Analysis is based on theories which are connected to the areas of public sector, state and its function, public finances, government budget, the process of generating budget, political cycle, political parties and europeanization. The problem of propensity to budget deficits is structured using dimensional analysis and problem tree. The influence of political cycle is verified by using the combination of qualitative analysis of policy documents and quantitative analysis of specific indicators. Analysis classifies external and internal factors influencing the tendency to deficit budgeting. Political cycle is one of those internal factors becouse it is affected by the decision making process of political representatives. Analysis of the church restitutions in the Czech Republic and their effects on government budgets, church financing and and overall relations between state and churches.

The goal of this thesis is to analyse church property restitutions and overall relations between state and churches in Czech. This issue is up to date not only from economic policy perspective. Church restitutions and its appropriateness is also the core topic in currently public discussion. For analytical part purposes are in theoretical part discussed several theories: theory of interest groups, rent-seeking, theoretical concept of church financing and basic theories from economics of religion. In analytical part is the core analysis of church restitutions and their consequences for government budgets itself. In this part is also analysis of property relations between state and churches from historical development to present-day situation. Than is discuss the Act No. 428/2012 Sb. It has been demonstrated many problematic aspects of this act like high non- transparency, inequality before the law and strong influence of interest groups. Financial analysis concluded that positive impact of the act will be not sooner than in 50- 60 years.
Fiscal policy of Slovakia and its effects on business sector

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to discuss the fiscal policy in the Slovak Republic between 2007 and 2013. The main goals were to analyze the impact of the public sector's activities on the economic growth. The following work is divided into four parts. The first part is mainly theoretical and offers the description of basic terms. In the second part a detailed analysis of government and state budget can be found, how the individual items developed in reality and to what extent did it accomplish the planned budget. The third part is devoted to macroeconomic indicators, which influenced the development of fiscal policy. The last part of the thesis explains the impact of the most important state measures on both the economic situation and business sector of Slovakia with respect to aggregate demand and aggregate supply (AD-AS) model.

We describe in more detail at-risk-of-poverty-rate and material deprivation in Czech Republic and compare these parameters to chosen states from European Union.
Analyse and evaluation of financing education at the region level

The bachelor thesis is devided to five parts. In the first part is writen about public expenditure with a view to externalities and education. The second part describes system of education in Czech Republic with a view to particular level of education. In the third part of bachelor thesis is writen about conception system of education and legislation. The fourth and fifth part are more important. Parts are aim for basic characteristic of education expenditures and mechanism of financing from government budget and regional budget. Common findings are in last part apply to concrete region, Moravskoslezský region. It does mean analysis concrete flows of money form sources to education organization. Aim of bachelor thesis is komplex analysis financing regional education at present, which includes firstly description general principles of financing according to significant regulations and conceptions and then compare it with educational experience.
