The topic of the bachelor thesis is the economy of allowance organizations and it deals with financning problems of allowance organizations. The work has theoretical and practical (applied) part. First the work deals with the economy of allowance organizations and differences between allowance organizations and other corporations which are established to make a profit. The practical part is concerned with the problem of the amount of grant from the institutor and choices to draw financial resources from the European Union.

Analysis of chosen saving and investment products on the czech financial market from the household´s point of view

The aim of this thesis is to describe particular financial products and compare them from the evaluation point of view. We also will review these products from the perspective of clients who differ in investment and saving attitude. We will focus on czech households and describe their habits in area of financial products and examine their behaviour during a time period in relation to phases of economic cycles and other exogenous variables. We also will describe functioning of financial system and focus on information asymmetry between houselholds and financial institutions. Further we will look at examples of moral hazard done by financial institutions. The conclusion of this thesis provides recommendations of suitable products for each client.

Spektrum rizik a možné návrhy jejich eliminace při čerpání dotací z evropských strukturálních fondů

The main target sets by this bachelor thesis is to identify the most fundamental risks, which endanger subjects during the pumping of dotations from the european structural funds and suggest possible ways of their elimination. The first part of this bachelor thesis contains theoretical introduction about european grant policy, defines conditions for dotations pumping from funds, specify particulars funds, mentions projects, which already have been succesfully realized. It's also described the actual subjects options how to get money from the european resources. The second, analytic part of work defines number of fundamental risks, which subjects can overtake during the grant process. Risks are specified and are designed possible variants how to avoid them. Subject project's device does not have to be negatively effected by these risks. Bachelor thesis also contains consultancy companies market analysis and questionary research to get some practical knowledge.

Comparison of collective investment in Czech republic and Luxembourg

This thesis deals with investments funds in Czech Republich and Luxembourg. The goal is to characterize historical development, and also actual situation of investment funds, to specify the main differences and common features of this investment form in both countries. Furthermore, it analyzes main charakteristics of fund industry in these countries. The last part focuses on potential future development and trend in this segment. Thesis points to advantages of investing financial resources in Luxemburgian investment funds or constitution of the collective investment fund in this region.

Potential opportunities for development of Eastern Slovakia

In my thesis I am trying to characterise region of Eastern Slovakia, concretly two regions: Košický and Prešovský region. First part of thesis includes general characteristics of regions, their submission to regional structure, regional differences and common signs, comparison with Western Slovakia. The next part includes short history of Slovakia, mainly Eastern Slovakia before and after origin. Methodology of my thesis is a regional analysis, mainly SWOT analysis. This is the main part of my thesis. I concentrate on Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats in each region separately. Also characterise chosen operational programs and possibilities of subvention. In conclusion my thesis there are suggestions and recommendations for regional development of the region Eastern Slovakia.

The real estate funds on the market of collective investing analysis

Investing in real estate funds presents relatively high stability of yields and that's why it is very interesting option for risk diversification in investment portfolio. The real estate funds offer the option how to invest with a less value of own capital. The diploma thesis should present information about the progress of real estate funds in the Czech Republic and of course show the development in other advanced countries.

Fixed assets in non-profit organisation

In my bachelor essay I featured the accounting operations with fixed assets within the two types of non-profit organisations. I put the accent on financial sources, amortization and funds. I featured the different financing of the small fixed assets. In the next chapters I worked out different amortization plans of a school furnace and recognized the plans, that wouldn't be accepted by the founder. As a historical example, I wrote about the loss done by insufficient capital grants.

V práci jsou charakterizovány příspěvkové organizace, jejich zřízení a činnosti, uzavření účetního období v příspěvkových organizacích. Dále se práce zabývá hospodařením příspěvkových organizací a shrnuje jejich fondy. Závěrečná část je věnována praktické části - zřízení a činnost příspěvkové organizace Lesní správa Lány.
