Proposal for Development of Motivational Program of Selected Company

The thesis focuses on the development of motivational system in the production company. Using internal resources and survey I have done an analysis of the current motivational system in the company. Based on the identified shortcomings I suggest improvements to the existing system of motivational which leads to increase employees motivation and also to their overall satisfaction.
Motivation and firm culture in construction company

The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis was to valorize current company culture and motivation of employees in some construction company and verify the working hypothesis conected to the main topic of this study. The theoretical part deals with specifics of the construction company and with topics directly related to its name and the main subject. The empirical part was collected using a questionnaire method in selected construction companies. Itanalyses the current state of corporate culture and motivation and and verify the setting hypothesis. The conclusions content some posssible recomendations for improvement of the situation in construction companies.
