The comparison of terciary education systems in Finland and the Czech Republic

The final thesis is focused on comparative analysis of the educational systems in Finland and the Czech Republic. The purpose is to analyze the educational systems, compare them and find a solution for improvement in the tertiary education system in the Czech Republic. The purpose of the empirical part of this final thesis is to assess the potential impact of the introduction of tuition fees for non-European students in Finland. Comparative analysis and responses to questionnaires was used to find solutions and make suggestions for improving to the Czech education system.

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysing of situation of education in 10 different companies in the Czech Republic. Companies which were described in this project are from transport sector, manufacturing, banking, food production and trade. A part of this work is questionnaire, which asked representatives of these companies to answer at many questions. Here are examples of questions: How much is the cost of education for one employee in education proces? Which ways of education are used in your company? Are you test your employees after education process? After that were all informations summarized and this work try to describe trends of education in selected companies.
The system of deferred tuitions fees in Czech republic the right choice?

In connection with the need to reform tertiary education in the Czech Republic, the government has taken measures through which it obtains more resources for financing public higher education. This measure is called a system of deferred tuition. The financial participation will be put into effect in the academic year 2013/2014. According to available sources is not yet the concept of deferred tuition more specifically. It is assumed that after the introduction of tuition fees there may be some complications with the efficiency of certain components of this measure. The aim of this thesis is to identify problems and potential weaknesses that could occur. Another aim will be to design specific measures that will minimize these negatives or completely removed. The theoretical part will be devoted to systems of tuition that can be applied to the Czech public higher education in the context of tertiary education reform. The practical part will be determined by the SWOT analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the system as well as threats and opportunities associated with this system. The conclusion summarizes obtained facts and devising effective measures to reduce the problem.
It may be the introduction of the bachelor of professional alternative to the current system of higher education?

Thesis deals with the introduction of the bachelor of professional studies in the dual form of the Czech Republic as a response to growing dissatisfaction firms in the labor market structure and quality of graduates. The aim is to determine whether and in what fields is the introduction of a professional bachelor's degree may be an alternative to the current system of higher education, and to what extent the company would be willing to contribute to this education system alone participate, in the form of teaching in schools, funding and employment of students during their practice.
Čerpání prostředků ze strukturálních fondů pro oblast vzdělávání v programovém období 2007-2013

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice čerpání prostředků ze strukturálních fondů pro oblast vzdělávání. První část se zabývá programovým financováním a efektivností veřejných projektů v oblasti strukturální politiky. Následuje úvod do problematiky strukturálních fondů, porovnání programových období 2004-2006 a 2007-2013. Dále se již práce věnuje konkrétně operačním programům zabývajícím se oblastí vzdělávání (OP VK, OP LZZ, Praha Adaptabilita). Praktickou část práce tvoří příručka pro potenciální žadatele o podporu z evropských strukturálních fondů s tématikou rozvoje lidských zdrojů.
