Focus on Audit Services in the Czech Republic in the Selected Small Audit Companies

In this thesis I deal with the analysis of current problems on the market of auditing services in the Czech Republic, with suggestions for their solution. The theoretical part contents analysis of the historical context of the audit, the legal regulation, e. g. International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), Czech Act on Auditors and link to other laws. This part also contents analysis of the market of auditing services focusing on small auditing companies and also description on problems connected with entering the audit profession and consequently the problems related to market regulation, evaluation and quality control of the provided auditing services. Case studies in the practical part reflects the most important problems of small auditing companies. This will be complemented by a questionnaire survey that should reveal the different points of view of the audited company, accountant and auditor on key audit issues.
Needs and attitudes of leaders of leisure activities in relation to the sexuality of adolescents

The presented bachelor's thesis deals with the attitude and needs of youth workers working in NGOs in relation to the topic of adolescent sexuality. The theoretical part first describes the legal system under which the youth workers act and it then contextualizes local non-governmental organizations which the youth workers are a part of. Lastly, the theoretical part provides an introduction to the topic of adolescent sexuality. The practical part of this undergraduate thesis consists of a qualitative research. The data were collected via semi-structured interviews carried out with three respondents of the target group (meaning youth workers). Considering the nature of the research question, the data were subsequently phenomenologically interpreted so that the phenomena which arose from the research could be better defined and understood.
Ethical Standards of Public Administration

The "Ethical standards of Public Administration" diploma thesis looks at the application of the Code of Ethics in central government administration and the civil service. The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the collected data, to determine the level of use of a single document, which addresses the ethical values within the administrative authorities, to identify problem areas and to propose possible solutions. The problem is defined and graphically displayed using a structured tree chart in the introductory part of the thesis. The next part of the thesis is dedicated to the subsequent identification of the problem and to the theoretical solutions, including the outline of a problem of applying ethical standards within the context of reform in government administration. This is followed by a brief description of the changes in the employment of civil servants in the government (public) administration authorities in neighbouring countries. The empirical part of the thesis is dedicated to an assessment of the research of the Code of Ethics implemented in individual government administration authorities and using interviews conducted with experts, the problem areas of implementing ethical standards are identified. Ethical aspects of intercultural phenomenon of Czech Republic inbound tourism focused on Russian tourists

1 ABSTRACT This analytical-empiric study presents ethical aspects of the intercultural phenomenon in inbound tourism of Czech Republic focused on Russian tourists mapping topic which hasn't been covered in such a wide scope yet. The multicultural and intercultural definition of the words is described in great depth in the theoretical part of the of this study as the terminology is strongly ambiguous. The special attention is not only paid to the interests and preferences of the tourists but also to the history especially aimed to so-called "Russian soul" and delimitation of the position "we" and "they" and "they" and "we". The data, collected by quantitative and qualitative author's research, complete and penetrate the whole theoretical frame of the study. The research part contains quantitative (24 subjects) and qualitative (2 respondents) research. It detects ethic dilemma and presents the specifics of the Russian tourists in inbound tourism of Czech Republic. Teachers' Code of Ethics

Thesis is focused on problematics of ethical codex of teachers in Czech republic. Target of this work is to get informations about opionions from teachers views from practise related to this topic. The teoretical part describes ethical codexes of helping professions and presents codexes of related disciplines existing abroad in more detail. In the practical part is examined awareness of czech teachers with the help of qualitative research. Qualitative research runs through halfstructurated interviews, when are addressed teachers of basic school in which was determined own codex and the teachers who are not bound by it.
Texas organizational culture

The goal of the thesis "Texas organizational culture" is to find and define specifics of Texas organizational culture as a part of American organizational culture. First, theoretical terms connected to culture and organizational culture are defined. In the practical part of the thesis, American organizational culture is described, namely ethical codex, company social responsibility, workplace, team-building and dress code. The last part concerns Texas itself, its culture in general, history, independence, patriotism and religious beliefs. Then, the specifics of Texas organizational culture are also described. This thesis provides a detailed view on Texas organizational culture as a part of American organizational culture, at the same time it helps to understand the cultural values of Texas, which leads to a better orientation when in business relations.
