Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyza ekosystémů, které jsou nejen domovem úspěšnych firem, ale také podporují vznik a růst startupovych firem. Tato práce rovněž zahrnuje manuál obsahující užitečné informace pro nezkušené podnikatele, které jim umožní pochopit základní myšlenky spojené se založením firmy. V poslední části jsou zmíněna některá místa v brněnském regionu, která podporují nebo napomáhají startupovym firmám. Obsah manuálu je založen na autorovych praktickych zkušenostech ze startapového prostředí a z různych akcí pořádanych pro začínající podnikatele.

Živnostenské podnikání v Covid období

The aim of the master's thesis is to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on entrepreneurial activities and the entrepreneurs themselves. The necessary information for the assessment is obtained through structured interviews with entrepreneurs and through the distribution of a questionnaire among business owners operating in the Hodonín district. Sociological research data are further subjected to testing dependencies concerning the negative impacts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic on entrepreneurs and their business sectors, requests for financial support, and the implementation of innovations. Based on the evaluated data derived from the conducted interviews, the questionnaire survey, and the verification of hypotheses, recommendations are formulated for entrepreneurs regarding changes they could implement in their business to minimize the negative impacts caused by the future crisis.

Administrative judiciary and business in the conditions of southern Bohemia

The bachelor thesis deals with administrative law as an independent branch of law in the form and scope as we know it today. Administrative law is an important guarantor of supervision over the activities of public administration and a guarantor of legality in the activities of the executive branch. How administrative law differs from other branches of law is characterized in this work together with the public administration, which is related to this branch of law. Furthermore, the administrative judiciary is described in this work as a whole and defines what powers the administrative courts have and what matters fall within the activities performed by these courts. One of the activities of administrative courts is also issuing decisions on administrative lawsuits. These lawsuits, specifically lawsuits filed by entrepreneurs to regional courts against administrative authorities, are important for this work. On the basis of a request for the provision of information pursuant to Act No. 106/1999 Coll., On Free Access to In-formation, the information provided by the Regional Court in České Budějovice is compared according to the selected administrative authorities. The aim is to evaluate the influence of decision made by administrative courts on the development of business in the South Bohemian Region. A summary of information, evaluation and also suggestions on how to use the findings in the future are given in the conclusion.

The enforcement of same sex marriage through the lens of multiple streams framework

This thesis aims to describe and explain the process of advocating for an amendment to the Civil Code that would legalize same-sex marriage in the Czech Republic. This proposal which was introduced to the Chamber of Deputies in 2018 had never been approved. The current legislation allows gays and lesbians to enter into a registered partnership with limited rights compared to the institution of marriage. The thesis should identify the arguments and strategies used by the same-sex marriage policy entrepreneurs. Furthermore, it aims to find the reasons which led to the rejection of the proposed amendment. The perspective of Multiple streams framework is applied to the whole issue. Analysis is based mainly on the findings obtained from the interviews with policy entrepreneurs and the deputies who voted on the amendment. Transcripts of the Chamber of Deputies proceedings and media outputs were used as secondary data. The results show in which cases were the entrepreneurs successful and at which stage of the process the opposite was true. The thesis then describes possible reasons that led to the failure and attempts to justify why certain strategies and arguments were ineffective and did not convince the deputies - decision makers.

Economic and Organizational Aspects of Introducing Electronic Registration of Sales

The work contains of the point of legislation, explains definitions of terms, a clarification of the reason and purpose of accepting this measure. The thesis states progress chart its establishment, responsibilities for entrepreneurs, possible ways of technical solution, three stages of Electronic Registration of Sales and evaluation of the implemented first stage. The bachelor thesis targets the specific companies on which the process of implementation, organizational arrangements and economic consequences of Electronic Registration of Sales for subject of economic activities are described. There are mentioned two other aims in the work. The first of them is to quantify costs of implantation of Electronic Registration of Sales module into specific accounting softwares. The second aim is to compare opinions of specific professional chambers and associations.

Pro-environmental behavior of entrepreneurs and their motivation

The aim of bachelor thesis focuses on pro-environmental behavior of entrepreneurs and their motivation. The bachelor thesis determines what types of factors exist on the market. There are external and internal factors that affect entrepreneurs in their business way. The research focuses on a narrow group of entrepreneurs in the same branch where they have comparable conditions. Information are collected directly from entrepreneurs by questionnaires. The research shows how entrepreneurs know concept of development with the least losses on nature resources and how they perceive a green way of their companies. The main result of the thesis is a distribution of Czech entrepreneurs into two groups, HEP (Human Exceptionalism Paradigm) or NEP (New Ecological Paradigm Scale). The second part of the result deals with present problematic of business. Thanks to results of this research is possible to compare the circumstances that lead to certain behavior.

Analysis of tourism of Sušice

The bachelor thesis evaluates tourism in the town of Sušice. The work contains geographical characteristic of the town, analysis of preconditions for development of tourism and assessment of its progress and current state. Analysis and complex evaluation of development of tourism in Sušice is the main aim of this work. Two methods were used for reaching this goal. The significant part of results is based on a survey, which is based on tourists' and local entrepreneurs' opinions. The method of controlled structured interview with chosen actors of tourism in Sušice was also used. The empirical part analyzes opinions and views of local entrepreneurs and visitors on the matter of tourism in this town. The conclusion summarizes all the knowledge, appraises set hypothesis, mentions all advantages and disadvantages of the town, and, last but not least, it also outlines new opportunities for further development of tourism in Sušice.

The secondary aim was to describe South Bohemian Region, to analyse actual documents relating to the tourism in the region and to create and evaluate SWOT analysis of tourism in the region.

The Impact of the Destination Management to the Effectiveness of a Company

The main aim of the dissertation was an identification of the role of a company on the horizontal and vertical level in the tourism management on the basement of analysis of subjects involved in the destination management. The aim of the work was also to propose a system model of tools and measures that will lead to an efficient participation of a destination management company on the management of a tourism destination and to increase of the efficiency of a company in tourism. The simulation model and the scenarios of the future development of the tourism destination, which are presented in the dissertation, create a value added above the main aim of the dissertation. The main methodological approach, which was used in the dissertation, was system dynamics. This method helped to reveal the complexity of a tourism system and to identify the connections among a number of stakeholders in the destination. The partial aim of the dissertation was also a comparison of the regions of South Bohemia and Upper Austria as tourism destinations. Not only the essential tourism indicators and figures, but also the systems of the destination management and a role of a destination management company were compared. The data from the above mentioned comparison were used in the proposed system dynamic model that simulates behaviour of the tourism destination represented by the Region of South Bohemia.
