Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjištění pro-environmentálního chování podnikatelů a jejich motivace k tomuto chování. Nalézt vnitřní a vnější faktory, které na ně působí a ovlivňují podnikatele v jejich dalším podnikatelském směřování. Zjistit jaké typy těchto faktorů existují. A v jakém prostředí vznikají. V mé bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřil na úzkou skupinu podnikatelů, která působí v jednom odvětví a má srovnatelné podmínky jak v legislativě, tak v možnostech zlepšení pro-environmentálního chování v daném regionu. Při přímém dotazování podnikatelů zjišťuji, jaké je povědomí o konceptu trvalé udržitelnosti rozvoje s co nejmenšími ztrátami na přírodních zdrojích. Zda podnikatelé vnímají zelené směřování společnosti za negativní nebo naopak za přínos. Za použití škály HEP a NEP jsem zjišťoval, zda se podnikatelé ztotožňují s pro-environmentálními názory či nikoliv. Tato data jsem využil i k ucelenému obrazu současného podnikatelské pohledu na tuto problematiku. The aim of bachelor thesis focuses on pro-environmental behavior of entrepreneurs and their motivation. The bachelor thesis determines what types of factors exist on the market. There are external and internal factors that affect entrepreneurs in their business way. The research focuses on a narrow group of entrepreneurs in the same branch where they have comparable conditions. Information are collected directly from entrepreneurs by questionnaires. The research shows how entrepreneurs know concept of development with the least losses on nature resources and how they perceive a green way of their companies. The main result of the thesis is a distribution of Czech entrepreneurs into two groups, HEP (Human Exceptionalism Paradigm) or NEP (New Ecological Paradigm Scale). The second part of the result deals with present problematic of business. Thanks to results of this research is possible to compare the circumstances that lead to certain behavior.
