Diploma thesis deals with the management of human resources sales department at Paints and varnishes Teluria Ltd. and also proposes changes to the current management approach leading to financial savings by increasing the efficiency of the current set of information flows. Compares used human resources management system in the company with the latest trends and literature. In addition, monitors real way of working the sales department including the actual cost of remuneration and training of employees in the company. On the basis of implemented survey is designed to streamline the operation of the sales department.
Acquisition and Development of Students and Graduates in the Concept

The thesis deals with recruitment and development of students and graduates in relation to the talent management concept. It focuses on interpretation of talent concept, development of talent management, its current approach and the importance of talent management to the organization. Attention is paid to methods of recruitment and development of students and graduates, emphasizing the specifics of this group of employees. A qualitative survey is part of this thesis. Two methods of measurement were applied in this research - studying documents (career portals of employers) and conducting interviews with representatives of HR departments of large businesses operating in Prague, focusing on whether and how employers work with students and graduates within their talent management systems, how they understand the concept of talent and which methods of recruitment and development of students and graduates they apply most frequently. The present Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and identification of the training needs of the teaching assistants at elementary schools in the territory of the municipality with extended powers (MEP) Otrokovice. The purpose of the Bachelor thesis is to identify the training needs of the teaching assistants working at primary schools in MEP Otrokovice. The theoretical section defines the starting points associated with the training in an organization, the training need analysis, the term "teaching assistant", its legislative support and job duties. The empirical section uses content analysis of documents and a survey to examine the training needs of teaching assistants in the selected territory. The result of the survey is the identification of teaching assistants' training needs in the municipality with extended powers Otrokovice. The consent analysis of documents provided information about the activities required as job duties from employees by head teachers. Such specific activities formed the basis for a survey whose respondents included teaching assistants working at primary schools in the municipality with extended powers Otrokovice and the head teachers. System development and training of employees in the selected organization

The aim of this thesis entitled "System of development and training of employees in the selected company" is an analysis of education and development of employees in the company XY. In the work is used fictive company name XY to preserve the anonymity of the organization. The work is divided into two parts. The first part ( one third of total volume ) is focused on theory. The remaining part is practical work, which is targeted on the specific analysis of the company XY. The theoretical part aims at clarifying the possible approaches to company training and development of its employees, further at objectives and functions of education, region and method development and education, and finally at systematic training cycle. The practical part is focused not only on an analysis of the process of education and development of employees in the company XY, but also to get feedback from the employees themselves. To obtain the necessary information were used in addition to internal company documents also two surveys: Quantitative research (survey) and qualitative research (expert interviews). It can be said that based on the results of both studies there was a consensus of obtained information (results). Based on this information and findings were made proposals to improve the education and development of the analyzed company.
