New technologies of retail management

Subject of this bachelor work is the "New Technologies in Trade". Selected hypotheses are focused on technologies used in retail and wholesale and on comparison of these technologies in the Czech Republic and economically advanced European countries. Three of these technologies were chosen and studied in detail. It is electronic bussines (E-Business), EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification).
Logistics online store

This thesis is devoted to the logistics of online commerce in a particular company. It focuses on various forms of logistical routes to move goods from manufacturer through to the final retail customer. It deals with claims that various logistical process makes the information flow between supply chain entities. In the first three chapters of the notion of e-business, describes the logistics chain, freight forwarders. The following are the above-mentioned theoretical knowledge is applied to the situation in an online store www. kabelky-obchod.cz. In conclusion, several recommendations and trends with which the company would be counted in the future and gain a competitive edge in logistics.
Design a suitable e-commerce software solution

The purpose of this paper is to summarize current knowledge about electronic trading and to outline the benefits and drawbacks of potential software solutions in electronic trading. This paper is focused not only on theoretical findings and bases, relating to electronic trading, but also on the possibilities of establishing such trading within the confines of the Czech environment. Its goal is to select a suitable open source software solution for electronic trading based on predefined criteria and to warn of potential challenges relating to it. This paper should contemporaneously serve to help an individual interested in establishing electronic trading to decide which solution is the most appropriate, even if he/she selects a product that is not open source. This should serve, in such a case, as a methodical set of instructions that guides the individual to select the correct solution. Among other aspects, this paper should also help an individual interested in electronic trading to decide, whether or not an open source solution is suitable, and if there is any merit in exploring this option.
Store Dobrý koš commercial and its influence

The main object of this bachelor thesis is to estimate and provide the information how the commercial of the Internet Store Dobrý koš, which is owned by company Allegria -- Firma na zážitky Ltd., influences the inhabitants of the region of Pilsen. This study is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part summarizes advantages and disadvantages of broadcasting in comparison to other advertising media, and also mentions its increasing importance of the issue of advertising campaigns. The practical part is dealing with the author's own field research, related to the Internet store Dobrý koš. The data gained were afterwards properly analyzed. On the basis of this analysis there was all the information summarized in the conclusion and then recommended some suggestions and ideas for improvement.
The evolution of electronic commerce focusing on sale of food

This bachelor's thesis concentrates on electronic commerce with focus on sale of food. At first, history of information technology is described. An important part belongs to electronic commerce which is defined here. The division of e-commerce is depicted, positives and negatives of internet shopping are discussed. The question of law is mentioned and the main figure is consumer and his protection. Later, online grocery shops, that succeeded in the world, are named and described. Finally, Czech online shops selling food are compared with each other and with a hypermarket.
Current Trends in Consumer Behavior

This thesis deals with three selected current trends related to consumer behavior -- onslaught of retro products and retro marketing generally, changes in behavior related to electronic marketplace, and stricter demands for flawlessly designed products and services. Each trend is described and attention is given to driving forces of these trends, the ways they can affect consumers' lives and how they can be observed. The knowledge of the trends is then applied to determine how different groups of Czech consumers can be affected by those trends, thus giving businesses hints on how to incorporate the trends in the approach to their customers and monetize on them.
Payments Card on the Internet

This thesis deals with the credit card on the Internet and everything associated with this technology. This is a historic development, use and types of payments, electronic purse and security. The aim is a analyze to use of payment cards over the Internet and analysis of their use in the purchase of e-shops in Bohemia. In modern times the trend is everything to facilitate, simplify and accelerate. The same is true of the technology of online payments. With this involves the security risks that are not ignored, and this issue will be mentioned in the work. The conclusion focuses on the evaluation of collected data relating to buying and using credit cards online among the Czech public. The work is structured into 5 chapters. The first deals with the history and development of payment cards, the second chapter discusses the types of cards and their use, the third chapter is devoted to security, the fourth is about electronic purses and the fifth analysis data from the questionnaire.
Online shopping behaviour of mothers

The goal of this thesis is to make a research of shopping behaviour of mothers on internet and find common pattern of this behaviour. Due to this common patterns, recommendations for online businesses will be determined. The research will be made as anonymous observation of visitors of baby food and diapers e-shop www.Feedo.cz. Author of the thesis is owner of www.Feedo.cz. Before the research is started, hypotheses for the research will be determined. Based on this hypotheses, software tools, used for collection of visitors behaviour data, will be set up. The goal of the thesis will be reached by analyzing collected data a confirming or disproving determined hypotheses. Based on analysis results, specific recommendation of online business will be defined. Own contribution of the thesis will consist in determination of hypotheses based on real business problems, collections of behaviour data of www.Feedo.cz visitors, setting up software tools, analyzing collected data and defining specific recommendations fo online businesses. Implementation of new online sotre for new retailer

Thesis follows subject matter of creating a new online store and related topics. Globally it presents main aspects needed to create and operate an online store. Thesis contains theoretical and practical information, advice and knowledge from various sources. Preparation of the shop, technical solutions, marketing and its successful operation, including payment and delivery methods are contained. In the last section it is introduced an overview of meetings with technical solution providers and demonstration of creating simple online store.
Creating of e-commerce and goods presentation

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is the creation of ecommerce. Another objective is present to readers the possibility of making their own ecommerce focused on opensource solutions. The last objective is to familiarize readers with the principles of product photography of goods offered in this ecommerce. The choice of solution for creating ecommerce was conducted in cooperation with representatives of companies implementing ecommerce, with experts involved in creating ecommerce and information sources from the internet. Product photography took place at the home studio and was created by me. The most important assets of this thesis is the implementation of ecommerce. It is an extension of view for readers in the section of ecommerce and product photography. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, I deal with theoretical way of choosing the best ecommerce possible solutions. Then I focus on the chosen option, open-source solutions. Based on selected criteria, I'm selecting the best opensource content management system implemented for the owners of ecommerce. Furthermore, I deal with graphics and its impact on web design and then about product photography principles. The second part describes actual creation of electronic commerce. I focus here mainly on presentation of the goods and its impact on users. It goes on with creation of product photography. The third section focuses on design testing by independent ecommerce users. Those should be able to identify other possible inconsistencies that must be implemented to improve the user interface. Furthermore, this section deals with comparing the competitiveness of goods, including its impact on users of electronic commerce to electronic commerce competition. The result of ecommerce creation is recommendation how to create quality ecommerce with low budget.
