The object of the bachelor thesis is a coarse substructure of the apartment building. This building is eight-storey building. Three floors are garages and five floors are flats. The building is in the courtyard of a former factory TESLA at Jihlava. The bachelor thesis mainly deals with the stages in which there are processed technical regulations: earthwork and foundation of the building. The bachelor thesis also addresses building equipment, scheduling, itemized budget, proposal of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan and safety and health protection during the work.

Theme of the diploma thesis is a construction technology project extension of the building of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic in Brno. The content of the diploma thesis is the study of the main technological stages of the main building, solution of wider transport relations with a focus on building supply, objects schedule, time schedule of the main building. The work also includes the project of construction site equipment, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, technological regulations for special foundations and rough construction, which are supplemented by control and test plans and a plan for securing material resources. This is extension of a three floor to the existing polyfunctional house, witch is located on Masaryk Square in Pelhřimov. The bachelor thesis mainly deals with the stages in which there are processed technical regulations: earthwork, foundation of the building, new building waterproofing and additional waterproofing of existing multifunctional building. The bachelor thesis also addresses building equipment, scheduling, construction situation, itemized budget, proposal of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan and safety and health protection during the work.

CONSTRUCTION AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROJECT OF PREPARATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HOTEL AT VALEČ CASTLE

This master thesis deals with the construction of a new hotel building in the Chateau Valeč complex. This building will serve as a garage, restaurant and accommodation facilities. The building is located on the outskirts of the village of Valeč. The thesis contains a technical report of the object, a situation of the building with broader relations of transport routes, a time and financial plan of the construction, a study, a project of the construction site equipment, a design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, a time schedule, an item budget, a technological regulation, a quality control and testing plan and occupational health and safety. The thesis deals with sprayed polyurethane foam, which serves as a thermal insulator. The thesis also describes the heating system and energy sources for the building.

Technological stage of the substructure of a residential building in Trutnov

The bachelor's thesis aimed to prepare the stage of implementation of the rough lower construction of the apartment building which is located in Trutnov. The block of flats is based on a grade construction made of concrete strips footing and construction blocks of pernament formwork. Technological regulations have been created for the stage of realization of the rough lower construction, the equipment of the construction site have been suggested, appropriate machine set has been chosen, shipping relations for material and machine supplies have been considered, OHS (occupational safety and health), control and trial plan have been applied as well as a schedule and budget were created.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the construction technological project of the new residential building Kadetka in Brno. The bachelor thesis includes technological regulations of earthwork, shoring, CFA piles and foundations constructions. Technological regulations are supplemented by draft of the suitable machinery, equipment of construction site and inspectional and trial plans. The author also deals with work safety, time schedule and budget of substructure. The important part is the comparison of two variants of the foundations constructions in terms of financial and time side.

The diploma thesis deals with the construction project of the new building of the primary school in Bobrová. The main goal of the thesis is to propose a suitable implementation procedure in relation to the specific place of the site. The thesis deals with the time schedule of the main object, itemized budget, major building machines and mechanisms, project of site equipment, study of the construction realization, material resources plan, technical report, time schedule and financial plan of the main object and also with the situation of the construction. It focuses in detail on the stage of earthworks, including the reinforcement of the walls of the building pit using soil nailing. For this stage a technological regulation and a control and test plan have been developed.

The subject of this thesis is the construction and technological project for distribution warehouses in Prague. Textual part contains a technical report on construction technology project, wider relations of traffic routes with marked critical points, the study of the main technological stages of the building, principles of organization of construction, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, technological regulations, inspection and test plans, health and safety on the site. In the section with attachments there is a map of the locality, drawings of site facilities, including road signs, charts of the movement of machines, the schedule of the main building structure, the budget of the main building structure, a plan for securing material resources, time and financial plan, an economic evaluation of site facilities, details and other technical documentation stages.
