Visual Editor of Drum Rhythms
Zelený, Martin ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is about visual editor of drum rhythms. The editor can make special type of music notation. This notation is used for recording percussion drum rhythms. The editor needs to be user-friendly and effective to use. Recorded notation can be printed directly.
Brakes and retarders of commercial vehicles
Kalnický, Jakub ; Zháňal, Lubor (referee) ; Fojtášek, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is specialized search dealing with brakes of commercial vehicles. The work is divided into six main parts. The first part deals with genesis of brakes. The second part informs about fundamental terminology and definition of braking. The third part deals with distribution of braking systems by their purpose. Contents of fourth and fifth parts are friction brakes and retarders. The last part is dedicated to development trends of brakes.
Auxiliary crab for overhead foundry crane
Adam, Petr ; Nezbeda, Jiří (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This master thesis deals with issue design of crab trolley. Concretely is acted about auxiliary crab trolley with required capacity 65 000 kg. This crab is on overhead crane, which is situated at hall of foundry. In particular chapters is processed design of lifting mechanism and travelling mechanism, which is amended to strength control of frame. This whole leads to output solutions, which is drawing documentation.
Belt conveyor
Gelnar, Václav ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Řezníček, Milan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is about a design of a belt conveyor for crushed limestone. In the first part are belt conveyors designs options summarized. The second part consists of a calculations based on ČSN ISO 5048 standard. In the thesis are designed basic parts of a conveyor. In the last part the stress and forces on the drum and the bearings lifetime are calculated
The Spectrum analysis of different single drums from a drum set differently tuned and played by different drumsticks
Cvetler, Dominik ; Mojdl, Edgar (referee) ; Jirásek, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the spectrum of membranophones, more precisely drums from the drum kit. Spectrum analysis evaluates aspects that affect the instrument’s spectrum, especially its inharmonicity and the generation of noise or tone modes. The aspects examined are the impact of the drumsticks hardness, the impact hit point on the drum membrane, the tuning of the resonance membrane and the presence of the tailpiece. The thesis examines inharmonicity in the spectrum with harmonic ratios between individual components in bands of harmonic series. The thesis also describes individual drums in terms of organology, drumsticks and membranes used for drums, the theoretical basis of creating membranophones sound and the way in which the measured samples were recorded and processed.
Device for stringing cable on a drum
Polách, Martin ; Pokorný, Jan (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design of a cable spooling device on a spool drum under different modes of operation of winding. The focus is on the calculation and design part, where the calculations include the functional dimensions of the individual components and the force effects emanating from the load generated during winding. The design part includes the design of the individual components. Finally, an analysis of the selected structural nodes under different winding modes was performed. This work includes drawings containing the overall equipment assembly, subassembly of the weldment frame and shop drawings.

On the design and technology of a test bench for hydraulic engine
Duret, Mikhaël ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
Every building needs to be built on solid foundations. Hydromills are machines used to make it possible in excavating very hard ground. This project is about the creation of a test bench for hydraulic motors called here hydromill motors. Excavating is really soliciting for the equipment and leads to many breakages that is why the company asked for the creation of a test bench to measure the lifespan and the reaction of their motors to the forces acting during the cutting. It is complicated to copy the forces and shocks happening in reality because they are very high with quick variations, also depending on the ground. This test bench will have to create high variable loads acting on several directions, a high counter-rotation torque corresponding with the resistance of the ground to the cutting, as well as angular and longitudinal shocks to simulate the hits on the rocks by the teeth.Furthermore the measuring of the internal pressure and hydraulic flow plus the deformations of the main parts of the motors has to be enable by the test bench. The main part of this internship was devoted to the choice of the technical solutions to realize the functions of the test bench as well as the research of companies able to create the test bench elements. Many of them are not conventional due to the high requirements and have to be manufactured individually. In the end an evaluation of the costs and production will give all the information to the company to decide to manufacture it.
