Education of Culture Heritage in a Public Space, The Way to The National Theatre

The aim of the master's thesis is a production and a realization of an educational programme in a cooperation with the National theatre for students at high schools. The theoretical part of the thesis is connected on published books of methodology of education of culture heritage and alternative ways of an interpretation. Thanks to these, the thesis is looking for a possibility of a public space for an education. In the second part is the thesis focused on a historical progression of the Czech professional theatre in Prague during years 1743-1892. Based this knowledge is realizing the educational programme in a public space of the Old Town and the New Town in the vicinity of the historical building of The National Theatre. The educational programme is using methodology descripted in the theoretical part which means a geocaching, an audio guide and a drama education. Stimulating social relationships among preschool children through drama education

In my bachelor's thesis I will focus on the topic of social relations between preschool children in the context of drama education. Specifically, I will be examining the peer circle for the play of a few selected children. I am interested in whether the inclusion of a few drama lessons with social themes in preschool, will have an impact on the children and their peer circle. Whether the circle will expand, children will interact more with each other or whether the foundations for friendships will be established through drama education. The theoretical part focuses on the psychological development of the preschool child, specifically in the area of early relationships, both peer relationships for play and the establishment of first friendships. Furthermore, this part focuses on an introduction to drama education and introduces some of its techniques and methods. In the practical part, five drama lessons with social themes are introduced, implemented and reflected upon in a kindergarten class. Before the lessons, a research method of interview is used, where the respondents are children who are asked about their relationships with other children. Drama in education and literary story in a nursery school - in the works of Zdeněk Svěrák

This thesis deals with the possibilities of application of Zdenek Sverak's work in a kindergarten drama education. The theoretical section summarizes the information about the life and works of Zdenek Sverak and the findings regarding the possibility of using a literary narrative in a kindergarten, while applying the methods of drama education. There follows a description of the developmental patterns of preschool children and their significance for the drama education. The practical part of the thesis uses the books of Zdenek Sverak to process and reflect upon thematic units, in which the drama education methods were used. At the conclusion of the thesis, there is an evaluation of the research observations, obtained during my implementation of the thematic units.
Using Children's Literature as a Basis for the Dramatic and Educational Process in Nursery Schools

The Framework Education Programme for Preschool Education is a legislative curriculum document which establishes the basic requirements for the state preschool education. The educational objectives and requirements are binding for the teachers. However, the way in which those objectives and requirements are met, is fully in the hands of each nursery school. This diploma thesis illustrates one of the possible ways of educating preschool children, namely the dramatic education. The dramatic education is presented here not only as an educational method but also as a style of pedagogical work. This particular style respects individuality and originality of each child with the intention of developing his/her potentials and with the effort to equip the child with necessary social skills. The practical part of the diploma thesis offers insight into the authentic dramatic and educational process which explores topics of human life. During this process, each child goes through a full-fledged personal and social development by means of dramatic activities, which are based on topics of literary text
Dramatic play as a method of pre-school education

The bachelor thesis deals with a dramatic play as a method and its application in pre-school education. The first chapter focuses on developmental traits of children of pre-school age. Further thesis describes the play in child's life, characters of play, its developmental traits and types of playes. It deals with the importance of play in pre-school age. The work is dedicated to pre-school education, its obligatory documents, methods and forms of education in kindergarten. It compares ideas the most famous authors who deal with the drama education in their publications. The thesis discusses about forms, principles and methods of drama education. It dealing with the evaluation of dramatic play in literature. It clarifies benefit of dramatic play in terms of meeting the objectives of general educational program for pre-school education.

Supervisor Kateřina ŠPIČKOVÁ. Abstract This work deals with art-dramatic approach to art lessons and possibility of its use in mediation of art. Theoretical part describes for example methods for mediation of art and publications of domestic authors which contain specific activities for mediation of art. Space is dedicated to five important Prague art galleries (National Gallery, Gallery of capital city Prague, Rudolfinum, Centre for Contemporary Art DOX, Museum Kampa), especially to their education work in an area of mediation of art. Theoretical part also introduce art-dramatic approach - how it was conceived, what characterize it and why is it important for development of student's (man's) personality. Practical part offers art-dramatic project called Emotions which can be used in mediation of art. Project was partially realized in second grade, reflections and pictures from lessons are attached.
