DMX 512 protocol analyzer for personal computer
Vahalík, Jiří ; Sysel, Petr (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a DMX converter for a personal computer. The theoretical part summarizes the DMX, RDM and Art-Net protocols and other commonly used communication protocols used by microcontrollers. In the practical part, a device circuit is fabricated, which is subsequently processed as a printed circuit board. In the last part of the thesis, programs are designed to ensure the functionality of the whole converter.
Creation of Documentation for construction of power and data wiring for a historical and a listed building
Nestrojil, Martin ; Janík, Daniel (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
This thesis is describing DPS power and data circuits installations for a historical listed building. Firstly, the theory describes requirements for architects and designs, the types of designs, the laws and directives. This part also contains instructions on how to lay the circuits, how to create environmental report and other topics closely related to design and architecture. Secondly, there is description of the design of the power and data installations for the building. The third practical section contains full project design documentation for power and data circuits for this building including technical drawing, environmental report, ground plans of the building, drawings of switchboards and block drawings. The outcome of this report is to present the theory and then create all relevant documentation for this historical building.
Realization of electronic laboratory model for practical education of signal processing and identification methods
Gamba, Jaromír ; Bastl, Michal (referee) ; Brablc, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of electronic laboratory model for teaching mechatronic subjects. The main part of the model consists of a RLC-circuit embedded in PCB. Other parts of PCB and data acquisition card mediate communication with Matlab environment. In the thesis the progress of design process, simulation, manufacture and model testing is described. The results are functioning educational model and several educational tasks, for which the solution are presented.
Technology of Hole Plating Process in Laboratory PCB Production
Holík, Milan ; Kahle, Petr (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
Target of this work is check a laboratory method of plated-through hole openings on printed boards circuits, making use techniques know like SHADOW process. It is use solution conductive colloid graphite to conduct walls of holes and enable galvanic electroplated cuppers to holes walls.
Electronic game Logic
Zemanová, Renata ; Šteffan, Pavel (referee) ; Háze, Jiří (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to design and manufacture an Electronic game Logic. This electronic game should look like the board game and also respect the game’s rules. The electronic game is designed as one PCB that contains control electronics and play units. The functional PCB containing all electronics was manufactured. The game was programmed, and the final version was placed in a designed case. The Electronic game Logic also allows the player to set game mode options.
Inovation of measurement equipment used for analyzing of photovoltaick cells
Otépka, Jakub ; Bača, Petr (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a tachometer which is used to measure and display of mechanical aperture speed of a measuring equipment for the defect analysis of solar cells using the photoluminescence method. This work is divided into three parts. The first section describes the principle of solar cells, the principle of luminescence radiation and its types. Next the defects of solar cells are analyzed. The second part discusses the theory of tachometers, the principles and methods of loading pulses. The third part is then analyzed the design and construction of the selected type tachometer.
Design and analysis of electronically reconfigurable filtering structures
Kříčka, Tomáš ; Dvořák, Jan (referee) ; Langhammer, Lukáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of analog filters with the ability of the electronic reconfiguration. The main aim was to propose three fully electronically reconfigurable filters using different methods. The work focuses on the use of modern active elements that ensure the electronic reconfiguration. Specifically on operational transconductivity amplifiers, second-generation current conveyors and current amplifiers. The transfer functions are simulated in the Orcad PSpice software, at the ideal and behavioral level. Sensitivity and parasitic analysis is applied to the two proposed filtration structures. Both structures are made on printed circuit boards, which are measured and then their transfer functions are compared with the simulated functions.
Development Board with a Microcontroller and Display "TouchScreen"
Sekanina, Pavel ; Korček, Pavol (referee) ; Polóni, Pavol (advisor)
This work deals with design, produce and complement development board with microcontroller and touch screen. The work also describe problems of complement development board in EAGLE software. Below analyse technology which apply touch screen. Finally show creation software for service touch screen with given microcontroller.
Design of electronics and control for touch screen devices tester
Hrůzek, Jan ; Bednařík, Josef (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with a complex design of control electronics for device dedicated to testing touch panels and subsequent implementation of basic communication interface between microcontroller and service PC. There is a detailed analysis of selection procedure of suitable sensors for testing device and of suitable components for control and power circuits as well. The connection and interconnection of all necessary components is solved, including the temporary replacement of the main microcontroller with the Nucleo development board. The UART protocol is used as a tool for communication with the operating PC and Python is used on the operating PC side. It also outlines the extension of the content of this thesis when extending the system with a second device.
Wireless Localization Module with Low-Power Firmware Based on RTOS
Lipka, Radim ; Bardonek, Petr (referee) ; Šimek, Václav (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the wireless localization module, using UWB technology with emphases on low-power firmwre based on RTOS. Wireless localization is based on TDoA algorithm.  The resulting HW module is designed as a four layer PCB, based on MCU crf52832 (ARM Cortex M4) and UWB module DevaWave DW1000. Firmware is implemented using FreeRTOS with emphasis on low power consumption. For hardware implementation, Eagle CAD was used. Firmware is implemented in C and Assembly programming languages.
