Individualization of Approach to Learnes with Specific Learning Disabilities and It's Psychological Aspects

Zdeňka Michalová Psychologické aspekty individualizace přístupu k žákům se specifickými poruchami učení Individualization of Approach to Learnes with Specific Learning Disabilities and It's Psychological Aspects Annotation This thesis deals with theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of teachers in primary schools for specific learning disabilities. It focuses mainly on mapping the level of teachers' approach to integrated learners with this disorder. It is trying to grasp the extent to which teachers meet the psychological aspects of individual approach to these learners in inclusive environment of a primary school compared with integrated learners with other disabilities. The theoretical part summarises basic information on education, integration and education system in the Czech Republic. It deals with specific learning disabilities and attempts to apply the findings from positive psychology on individual approach to individuals with SLD. The empirical part analyses and compares the quantitative survey of knowledge level of teachers at lower and higher levels of primary schools about SLD. Furthermore, it examines their knowledge of appropriate procedures for working with learners with SLD and ability to apply it in practice to psychologically support of these learners. This thesis deals with vocal and voice disorders and draws on czech and russian authors. The theoretical part consists of a survey of disorder classification by czech and russian voice pedagogues, phoniatricians, physicians and speech therapists. Practical part is focused on vocal hygiene and on description and examples of practical drills, suitable for prevention and therapy of vocal and voice disorders. In the end there are given several musical notation excercises that are applicable to voice training and therapy.
Resistance of waterproofing systems for flat roofs

This bachelor thesis targets on the resistance of waterproofing systems for flat roofs using bitumen sheets. It proposes an alternative methods for testing the adhesion of the waterproofing on warm flat roof. Endpoint is the adhesion of self-adhesive bitumen sheet for thermal insulator made of expanded polystyrene to the effects of static and dynamic stresses. Finally, it assessed the appropriateness of the methods used and the effect of the adhesion of self-adhesive bitumen sheet on the method of execution.
Family with a handicapped child

An author is following up families with a handicapped child in her bachelor thesis. It is focused on physical disability with a diagnosis called the Cerebral Palsy. In the first part of the thesis the keywords are explained. They are connected with a theme like a regulation, standardization, a defect, a disability and a handicap. The most significant part of the thesis is going to be the main facts about a diagnosis. The second part of this thesis is going to be about the families which have children with this diagnosis. Specifically, an author will be discovering the problems which are typical for these families. And will be discovering families´ attitudes to their disabled children. Mainly if the attitudes are the same in each family or they are different. And when the families need to help who can help them. An author will mention some important organizations and association which can help these families. An author will be cooperating with the associations called DEMKA and ALKA. Both of these associations take place in Příbram.

Work includes a description of the most common disorders, short description of the asynchronous motor cage casting, analysis of provided decommissioned motors with photo documentation. The last part of this thesis is focused to vibrodiagnostic of asynchronous motor with simulated imbalance and motor emplacement by laser.
Foundations in Volume Unstable Soils

This dissertation is concerned with the foundations in volume unstable soils and objects disorders which are related to this. The thesis was focused on the study of clay and loess soils which are abundant in the geological profile of the Czech Republic. First, the formation of the two groups of soils is introduced, then their properties are examined and finally the influence of vegetation on the former type and the influence of collapsibility in the latter type are investigated. The conclusion is, in fact, a recommendation on the design of structures so that the system of clay / structure is not damaged and that structures are not subject to renovations. Several instance of problems with structures are discussed which were subject to structural repairs employing both a civil and geotechnical engineers.

Evaluation of the technical condition of sewerage in small towns

Bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the number and severity of defects in the sewer network in small towns in the South Moravian region. At the beginning of the work I got to know appropriate legislation and clarification of basic terms. Fault statistics and other indicators of the technical condition of the sewer network were processed from conducted camera exploration. These data are processed by several factors, such as material, size profiles, sewer age and length of the sewer network. Data were processed in Microsoft Office Excel. We found, there is mostly concrete pipe in small towns, which is old. Based on the data will be necessary keep wrecking objects and sections cleaned or repaired.
Bigorexia - an obsession with physical fitness ?

This essay inquires into the issue of bigorexy and particular aspects interconnected to this disorder. The goal of this essay is to introduce the term of bigorexy in a comprehensible way as well as to get acquainted with lifestyle differencies of the handicapped individuals. Furthermore I intend to describe agents that can raise into bigorexy. To approach the issue of bigorexy from the point of view of the handicapped themselves and to attempt to define particular characters identical for all individualssuffering from bigorexy, prospectively to propose possible solutions within prevention, is in scope of the practical.
The role of nurse in prevention against of prostate disorder

Abstract The title of the present bachelor{\crq}s thesis is: ``The role of the nurse in prevention against prostate disorder{\crqq}, and its objective is to identify the role of the nurse in early diagnostics of prostate disorder. Nurses have a critical role in prevention. They can notice the signs that are the first symptoms that might develop into a prostate tumor. The nurse is able to provide a patient with necessary information about the risk factors related to tumor occurrence. The thesis used data collected in a quantitative research using the method of questionnaire for patients and in a qualitative research using the method of interviews carried out with nurses. The research included nurses working for General Practitioners in their offices and also patients observed by these doctors in Jindřichův Hradec. The survey was anonymous. After the data had been collected, the outcomes related to given hypotheses and research questions were received. Evaluation of the outcomes received from the survey showed whether the hypotheses were correct or not. It also provided answers to the research questions. Hypothesis 1: Nurses use general principles of education. The hypothesis has been partially confirmed. Hypothesis 2: Men have insufficient supply of information related to early diagnostics of prostate disorders. The hypothesis has not been confirmed. Hypothesis 3: Younger men have less information than older ones. This has been confirmed. The answer to the research question ``How do nurses provide education?{\crqq} is: They use information brochures, oral instructions, and provide Internet links. What are the most frequent problems in education of the patients suffering from prostate disorders according to the nurses? It is most often patients{\crq} shyness and intimacy of the problem. The nurse plays a significant role in prevention therefore it is crucial for her to have sufficient amount of information about the problem. The outcome of the survey identified the level of such knowledge and it provided new material for education.
