Automated Camera Measurement in the Industrial Process
Sedlář, Martin ; Horák, Karel (referee) ; Petyovský, Petr (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with questions about contactless camera detection of presence and right direction of assembled parts in the industry process. The main aim of this work is design and realization of graphical user interface and algorithm for automated camera measurement system in the industrial process.
Determination of an area and proportions of selected objects in a picture
Mittner, Ondřej ; Stančík,, Petr (referee) ; Říčný, Václav (advisor)
The master’s thesis describes hardware opto-electronic instruments for contactless measurement of surfaces. It concentrates on instruments used for opto-electrical transformation of a taking scene and software processing of digital pictures. It presents selected methods of pre-processing, segmenting and following final modifications of these pictures. Then it deals with measuring of areas of surfaces and sizes of selected objects in these pictures and conversion of results from pixels to SI system of units. Possible divergences of measuring are described as well. A flow chart of a program for automatic and manual measuring of surfaces and sizes of objects in a picture, which is commented in detail, is a part of the thesis. The main product of this thesis is application Merovo, which provides measuring of an area and proportions of included objects. This application is analysed and described in detail in this thesis.
Contactless measurement of operational deflection shape
Tomek, Tomáš ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis provides an overview of 2D/3D laser scanners used in measuring operating deflection shapes. Describes the issue of measuring the operating deflection shapes and modal analysis. My work also contains a description of the measurement chain. From the contactless measurement of a vibrating surface using the application created in LabVIEW to its visualization in Pulse Reflex.
Inductive sensor
Koleček, Tomáš ; Bejček, Ludvík (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with indukčnostního-loaded impedance sensor, which is used for non-destructive materials testing. Describes a procedure for measuring the eddy current method using a straight coil. This thesis includes the final locus corresponding literature ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic for the measured material. The last part deals with the analysis of the appropriate choice of operating point derived from the sensor readings.
2D laser scanner
Tomek, Tomáš ; Havránek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of extension module that enables 2D scanning with single-point interferometer. Afterwards is here solved question of software, which output data can be visualized in ModalVIEW by ABSignal company. My work also contains an overview of LDV sensors and scan systems, which are used to laser beam steering.
Contactless level measurement
Pribula, Wojciech ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Petyovský, Petr (advisor)
The~thesis begins with an~analysis of~methods of~water level measurement in~high-pressure system. This~systems are placed in~heating plants and power plants and they work with the water whose temperature exceeds 300\,°C and whose pressure is above 10\,MPa. Thesis present method of~differential pressure with the~derivation of~the~correction element and also is~described capacitive method, especially Hydrastep system. This~work prepares theoretical foundation under creating algorithm for level detection using image recognition. Also it considers suitable hardware as~camera and light for illuminating and highlighting the~level. It~includes outline of~captured image editing and detection algorithm. The next part of thesis is dedicated algorithm itself. There are described classes and methods that are used for level detection or for debugging. Also, there are specified necessary modifications of watermark and requirements for watermarks surroundings thats are necessary for proper functioning of the algorithm.
Contactless temperature measuring
Kužel, Kristián ; Nykodým, Libor (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
This work summarizes the existing knowledge of contactless temperature measuring in industry applications, deals with individual types of measuring devices and contains the market overview. The work focuses especially on stationary devices applied industrially. In the conclusion, it describes a selection of existing contactless pyrometers including a pricing overview. It also analyzes issues related to the contactless measurement and possible ways to prevent them.
Contactless measurement of geometric parameters of springs
Bortlík, Pavel ; Rášo, Peter (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This thesis provides the analysis of contactless dimensional measurement of mechanical parts. On basis of the analysis of available sensors it includes suitable optical sensor for contactless measurement of geometrical parameters of springs. Part of my work is the layout of automated product for verification of sensor´s attributes and subsequent use in laboratory conditions. A special software is designed and described for the sample intended to verify the attributes of sensors. Calculation and evaluation of deviations included. Part of the thesis is a design of service software, which allows to automate contactless dimensional measurement of mechanical parts. Process of analyzing and evaluating the data is described by block diagram featuring the waveforms of each step.
Face-detection based touchless measurement of heart rate
Chmelíková, Lucie ; Potočňák, Tomáš (referee) ; Janoušek, Oto (advisor)
This thesis deals with the study of contactless and noninvasive methods for estimation of heart rate. Contactless measurement is based on capturing person faces by video camera and from sequences of pictures are estimated values of the heart rate. The theoretical part describes heart rate and methods that are being used to estimate heart rate from color changes in the face. It also contains testing of tracking algorithms. Practical part deals with user interface of program for contactless measurement of heart rate and its software solution. Thesis also contains statistical evaluation of program functionality.
