The diploma thesis deals with preparation, organization and construction technology of an administrative building in Karviná. It is about new building with four above ground floor. From a design point of view, the structure is designed as a precast concrete frame. The diploma thesis contains technical report, coordinating situation with design of transport ways, time financial plan, study of the implementation of the main technological phases, concept of construction site equipment, design of machinery set, time plan with worker bilancion, material delivery plan for rough building, technical report for masonry work, inspection and test plan for masonry work, item budget with the statement of measurements and noice study for earthworks.

The subject of this final thesis is the construction technology project of an apartment building in Velká Bíteš. The thesis contains a technical reports, construction technology study, coordination situation, time schedule and financial plan of the building in the structure of individual construction object, time schedule of the main building, solution of transport routes, technological regulation for the ventilated facade, control and test plan of the ventilated facade. Furthermore, a design of the construction site equipment is prepared, including a technical report, Occupational Health and Safety on the construction site for the superstructure construction phase, budget for the superstructure construction phase and a comparison of variants of the ceiling structure. Finally, a comparison of lifting mechanisms, LEED certification and assessment of photovoltaic facades is processed.

Part of the work is also an alternative design of internal partitions.

The content of this diploma thesis is the solution of the summary of the technical report, a study of the implementation of major technological stages, the time schedule of the main construction of the object, schedule object, the technological regulations for the monolithic ceiling structure and installation of steel structures, inspection and test plans, risk with subsequent security measures, itemized budget with bills of quantities, solving the major transport routes, design of mechanical assemblies and equipment to the construction site. The substrate was drawing documentation for the implementation of this construction.
