Diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou, organizací a technologii výstavby administrativní budovy v Karviné. Jedná se o novostavbu se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími. Z konstrukčního hlediska je stavba navržena jako prefabrikovaný skelet s výplňovým zdivem. Diplomová práce obsahuje technickou zprávu, koordinační situaci s návrhem dopravních tras, časově finanční plán, studii realizace hlavních technologických etap, koncept zařízení staveniště, návrh strojní sestavy, časový plán s bilanci pracovníků, plán zajištění materiálu pro hrubou stavbu, technologický předpis pro zdící práce, kontrolní a zkušební plán kvality pro zdící práce, položkový rozpočet s výkazem výměr a hlukovou studii pro zemní práce. The diploma thesis deals with preparation, organization and construction technology of an administrative building in Karviná. It is about new building with four above ground floor. From a design point of view, the structure is designed as a precast concrete frame. The diploma thesis contains technical report, coordinating situation with design of transport ways, time financial plan, study of the implementation of the main technological phases, concept of construction site equipment, design of machinery set, time plan with worker bilancion, material delivery plan for rough building, technical report for masonry work, inspection and test plan for masonry work, item budget with the statement of measurements and noice study for earthworks.
