Conflicts in the school environment and possibilities of their solutions or even the prevention

The school environment is in itself a complex social mechanism of relationships and interrelationships. In one view of the problem, it is a psychological-social as well as an economic-social model of the relations of individuals. It is not only a field of communication between children and teachers and between parents and teachers, but also between individual teachers and between teachers and school management as well as between parents and school management or between school management and the founder as well as between parents and founder. The competencies of subjects in the school environment are often not quite simply defined. This is not only an annonced psychological and social problem but also a pedagogical and legislative one. From different perspectives, it is possible to look at this phenomenon from a philosophical point of view and from a cultural anthropological point of view. Conflict belongs to school as an institution even both politically and historically. Conflict as a socio-cultural concept also has a general and specific solution. Conflict can be seen as a catharsis in the actions and behavior of the individuals and in frame of the society. International impact of Catalonia independence efforts

The master's thesis International impact of Catalonia independence efforts aims to analyze what is the international impact caused by Catalonia's efforts to separate from Spain. It does so by establishing theoretical framework of Conflict theory and internationalized conflicts. Within this framework, the Catalonia's case is examined. The thesis provides wide and extensive background on Catalan independence in order to understand how independence efforts in Catalonia emerged and evolved. The thesis also explains the means which are used by Catalan representatives in order to promote the independence internationally. Brief comparative examples of other regions within Europe are provided (with one notable mention outside of European continent) which seek for independence, as some of the features are common for all of them. Later on, the thesis features analytical part in which international impacts of Catalonia's strive for independence are examined. Those include e.g. effects on the European Union, other separatist regions, and more. Important explanation is offered about possible economic consequences with the usage of quantitative data. Fall of the Soviet Union and ideology of communism should have brought the Cold War to an end. Contemporary relationship between United States and Russia is starting to show the same traits like the rivalry of these superpowers in recent decades. Could this be considered as an evidence of a fact that Cold war has never ended because roots of this conflict has actually never been eradicated? This bachelor thesis analyses roots and triggers of the Cold War with focus on the conflict theory to interpret relation between heritage of the Cold War and present security situation in Europe and in the world.
