The diploma thesis deals with the issue of credit insurance within the Czech insurance market. The thesis defines the risks associated with the company's activities and then describes the operation of credit insurance. The rules for the provision of credit insurance are regulated by the institutional framework of the international system, which is also discussed in the thesis. Attention is focused on credit insurance with state support as well as on credit insurance provided on a commercial basis. Alternative methods of securing receivables are also presented. The analytical part analyzes the business activities of credit insurance companies operating in the Czech Republic, describes the payment morale in European countries and assesses the demand for individual types of insurance products.
Risks of the Greek market through the eyes of Czech entrepreneurs and traders

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to identify the most common risks which can be seen at Greek market through the eyes of Czech entrepreneurs and traders. The goal is also to show examples how can one defend oneself against these risks and also how can one minimize them. This thesis is divided into 3 parts. The introductory part shows examples of international business risks and points out the most common ones which are then closely described. The second part is aimed at the structure and volume of international trade between the Czech Republic and Greece. The third part is the most important part as it mentions specifically the most common risks at the Greek market and also ways how to deal with them. This thesis is based on literature and internet sources of Czech and also foreign origin.
Risks of the Tunisian market through the eyes of Czech exporters

The main goal of my bachelor thesis is to find, analyse and demonstrate throught the eyes of Czech exporters risks occuring in the Tunisian market.The paper could serve as a source of information for potencial investors, Czech exporters and traders. The thesis is divided into three parts. The introductory part provides theoretical information about the most common risks in the international trade. The second chapter deals with a Czech-Tunisian trade and economic cooperation and also describes the current status of the relative trade. The third chapter creats the crucial part of the whole thesis. The selected risks of the Tunisian market and possibilities of their reduction or their complete prevention are analysed here. The thesis is based on Czech and foreign literature and lot of internet sources, statistics, tables and reports were used. But the basic source of particular information, opinions and experience was a made questionnaire survey among Czech companies and businessmen, who have experience with trading in the region of Tunisia.

This bachelor thesis discusses possible commercial risks for commercial bank in international trade. First chapter of this thesis is an introduction to an issue of commercial risks and it also describes all subjects that can be affected by them. Second chapter summarises theory of commercial risks and describes possibilities of avoiding them. Third chapter involves case study that describes real business transaction and techniques of commercial bank that deals with commercial risks.
