Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pojištění pohledávek v rámci českého pojistného trhu. V práci jsou vymezena rizika spojená s činností firmy a následně je popsáno fungování úvěrového pojištění. Pravidla pro poskytování úvěrového pojištění jsou regulována institucionálním rámcem mezinárodního systému, který je v práci taktéž rozebrán. Pozornost je zaměřena jak pojištění pohledávek se státní podporou, tak i pojištění poskytovanému na komerční bázi. Dále jsou představeny alternativní způsoby zajištění pohledávek. V analytické části je analyzována obchodní činnost úvěrových pojišťoven působících v České republice, dále je popsána platební morálka v evropských zemích a posouzena poptávka po jednotlivých typech pojistných produktů. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of credit insurance within the Czech insurance market. The thesis defines the risks associated with the company's activities and then describes the operation of credit insurance. The rules for the provision of credit insurance are regulated by the institutional framework of the international system, which is also discussed in the thesis. Attention is focused on credit insurance with state support as well as on credit insurance provided on a commercial basis. Alternative methods of securing receivables are also presented. The analytical part analyzes the business activities of credit insurance companies operating in the Czech Republic, describes the payment morale in European countries and assesses the demand for individual types of insurance products.
