To the nature with Jáchymáček - support for environmental education in preschool education

Bachelors thesis is focused on environmental education in kindergarten. Environmental activities contained in this thesis aids for connection between nature and preschooling as well as building-up positive attitude to nature it self amongts children. Bachelor thesis further defines tems related to environmental studies and koncept with in educational framework program. The Author among others things also mentioning the influence of environment on children which is closely related to environmental studies. Than points out on benefits children gains while Theky being educated in nature. The practical part contains thematic units together with specific activities created by the author those are designed for clinical kindergarten and its nearest surroundings such as Vajgar pond, meadow and field ecosystems Jindra´s leasing travil, Slavik forest, kindergarten garden and garden that belong to secondary school. Those units and activities are than evaluated.
Competences of children in the field of safety and health protection in preschool education

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of safety and health protection. The aim is to demonstrate the extent to which children and first graders are able to correctly identify risk situations. Whether and, if applicable, what are the differences in the competences in the field of safety and health protection for children of preschool age and the competences of children of younger school age. The text and content of the thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part presents an insight into the issues of safety and health protection. It explains and describes the basic concepts that must be understood and known, for the subsequent creation of comprehensive ideas about the interconnectedness and essence of the solved problem. Interprets the view of the Framework educational programs for preschool and basic education in terms of safety and health protection. At the same time, it monitors the content, methods and forms in which it is passed on to children in upbringing and education. The last and no less important part is devoted to children's competencies from the point of view of developmental psychology. Relationship between the posture and muscle imbalance in preschool children

This work deals with the posture of children preschool age. Due to the instability and children standing of factors affecting posture, the trials in this age group pose a problem. The goal is to assess the level of preschool children's posture in the region of Liberec and analyze the potential depending on posture and muscle imbalance movement stereotypes. The study will be used the following methods: a combination of visual methods of Klein, Thomas & Mayer and Jaros & Lomíček, Mathiasův test Thomayer test and muscle tests according to Janda. Based on the results will be chosen the best compensation method.
Family Centre as a child` s preparation for attending the kindergarten

The main topic of the thesis is the activity of the family center and its activities. These activities help families with children in gradual adaptation and socialization into the collective. On the basis of these activities, the family center solves problems of modern families and helps in coordinating work and family life and thus helps children in entering the kindergarten. The first chapter is focusing on family and its characteristics. It also depicts the family politics specifically the possibilities of coordinating family and work life based upon the interests and needs of the families and support within the framework of services regarding the childcare. Second chapter focuses on the child, its development at two years of age and its needs. With regards to the methodological part of the thesis, it also focuses on adaptation and socialization into the collective and games as a spontanneous and natural child activity. The last chapter looks at the family center, its mission and goals. The methodological part of the thesis is realised as a case study in the specific family center. The research focuses on analysis of current services of the family center with regards to childcase and looks at how the center prepared a child for entering the kindergarten by using case studies as an example....

Evaluation of two diagnostic tools used to diagnose school readiness

The thesis is devoted to the issue of school readiness and its diagnosis. The aim was to compare the two tests used for the testing of school readiness and to assess whether the comparatively evaluate some aspects of school readiness. In the first chapter of the theoretical part the area of development of preschool children in describe. The second chapter is devoted to major changes in the legislation of our education. The next two chapters (third and fourth) are on school readiness, enrollment in elementary and diagnostics of school maturity. The last, fifth chapter of the theoretical part, deals with immaturity and unpreparedness for entry into school. In the practical part I focused on in-house testing and evaluation of tests used. For testing, I chose two tests used to evaluate school maturity. The results of the two tests I tried using statistical methods to determine whether these tests evaluate comparatively. Drama in education and literary story in a nursery school - in the works of Zdeněk Svěrák

This thesis deals with the possibilities of application of Zdenek Sverak's work in a kindergarten drama education. The theoretical section summarizes the information about the life and works of Zdenek Sverak and the findings regarding the possibility of using a literary narrative in a kindergarten, while applying the methods of drama education. There follows a description of the developmental patterns of preschool children and their significance for the drama education. The practical part of the thesis uses the books of Zdenek Sverak to process and reflect upon thematic units, in which the drama education methods were used. At the conclusion of the thesis, there is an evaluation of the research observations, obtained during my implementation of the thematic units.
Activities with the paper in education programs pre-primary education

Abstact The diploma thesis aims to develop the theme "Activities with the paper in education programs pre-primary education", evaluates the importance of these activities for development of fine motor skills and connections to general educational program for preschool education in the Czech Republic. Through survey the thesis examines the experiences of the kindergarten teachers with realization of activities with paper during their work with children and also current status of necessary equipment for this work in kindergarten. The practical section of this diploma thesis summarizes the experiences with realization of an annual project called "We form with paper", in mixed-age class of the kindergarten.
