This master’s thesis deals with manufacturing and logistic issues of low voltage cabinets produced by ProCS, s.r.o. company. The aim is to design and evaluate manufacturing and assembling process rationalization proposal. The proposal is based on familiarization with technological process of cabinet's manufacturing. Becoming familiar with manufacturing and assembling process of marshalling and system cabinets made it possible to find an opportunity of rationalization through automation of selected assembling processes. Automation of striping and crimping process is possible through suitable crimping machine. Situation before and after rationalization is economically interpreted and evaluated using break even point analysis. Through mentioned rationalization arrangement it is possible to improve manufacturing flexibility, reduce lead times and cut down manufacturing costs.

Amplifier with Speaker Protection

The present work deals with the issue of speaker damage due to large displacement of the membrane at low frequencies. The main focus is the design and construction of the circuit to protect the speakers from this type of damage and the subsequent measurement of its parameters. The thesis includes theoretical predictions for the optimal design and implementation of the circuit. The work includes complete construction of equipment, including power supply and auxiliary circuits.

New synagogue in Trutnov

The subject of the diploma thesis is design of an architectural study of the New synagogue in Trutnov. The first synagogue on this location was destroyed in 1938. Only the foundation system of the first synagogue have been preserved. This architectural study creates space for the recovery of the Jewish community in Trutnov. The Jewish community needs space for daily and spiritual life. The buliding program is therefore divided into two main objects. The synagogue with a prayer room and a mikveh is located on same place as the first synagogue. The preserved foundation system of the first synagogue creates a barrier from the sloping terrain for the new synagogue. This creates a symbiosis of the original and the new. The community center contains spaces for education, administration, catering and celebrations. The location of the community center respects the original villas, which are located close.

Laboratory design of a speaker system

The bachelor thesis deals with the project of loudspeakers using freely available computer softwares. The thesis is focused on creation of a laboratory exercise called Laboratory design of a speaker system. The basic quantities describing acoustic wave motion and the principles of acoustic spread are explained there. There are also described different parts of loudspeakers like cabinets, loudspeaker drivers and electrical crossovers. Different softwares were chosen for the design. The descriptions of the most convenient programs for the laboratory exercises are introduced in the thesis. The laboratory exercise is devided into three parts. In the first part there is a brief theoretic introduction, the second part describes the control of the chosen software and the third part deals with the topic of this thesis. I have chosen two different sreeware softwares the most convenient for the construction of loudspeakers.

Evaluation of Petr Fiala's Cabinet - February/March 2023

In February and March survey, the Public Opinion Research Centre focused on evaluation of Petr Fiala's government.\n32% of Czechs are satisfied with the person of Prime Minister, 64% are dissatisfied, 27% are satisfied with government's performance and 69% are not.\nGovernment's program 30% of Czechs evaluate positively, 59% hold the opposite stance.\nCommunication with public is seen positively by 30% of Czechs, 66% evaluate it negatively.\nPersonal composition of Fiala's government (24% satisfied / 71% dissatisfied) is area in which we found the most critical evaluation of public.

The Crisis Communication of the Government of the Czech Republic during the Bootleg Alcohol Affair in 2012

Bachelor's thesis The Crisis Communication of the Czech Cabinet During the Bootleg Methyl Alcohol Affair of 2012 deals with the case study of the governmental institution's crisis communication during the unprecedented crisis. The theoretical background of a crisis communication is described in the first part of the thesis by several native Czech and foreign crisis communication experts. The image of an ideal crisis communication model is described by the findings of their studies and the conclusions drawn for them. The ideal crisis communication model defines the proper communication process and communication strategies for each phase. Then the thesis analyses the role of the Czech Cabinet, the main player of the crisis, and its communication structure. The unprecedented crisis of the so-called the bootleg methyl alcohol affair, is also described. Furthermore the thesis deals with the crisis communication of the Czech Cabinet and its governmental departments by analysis of communication outputs. The media reflection on the communication outputs of the Czech Cabinet is also delineated. In the end the crisis communication is judged by its success and by comparison to the conclusions of crisis communication specialists.
