This bachelor thesis is focused on fianancial analysis of the company Automotive Lighting s. r. o. for the period from 2010 to 2014. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part is defined concept of financial analysis, horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratios and bancruptcy and credibility models. Practical part is focused on company Automotive Lighting s. r. o., its introduction and aplication of methods from theoretical part. The results of financial ratios are compared with results of company HELLA AUTOTECHNIC s. r. o. The conclusion contains overall financial situation of the company.

Financial analysis of selected enterprises

The thesis deals with the financial analysis of two leading companies of the energy industry, E.ON Distribution, Inc. and PRE Distribution, Inc. The work is divided into two main parts. The first of these, literature review, discusses the company's performance in terms of financial analysis. In addition it provides basic information about financial analysis, their resources, techniques and methods. The second part, their work is focused on the characteristics of selected companies, as well as the application of knowledge from the literature review to selected companies using financial analysis methods in the years 2011-2015. Financial analysis is based on currently available published financial statements of both companies, mainly from the balance sheet and profit and loss account. On the financial statements of the company is applied to the analysis of absolute indicators, namely vertical and horizontal analysis, differential indicators, which is a typical representative of net working capital, to analyze liquidity, profitability, debt and bankruptcy activities and calculations standing model. At the end thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the company, along with a view of the financial situation in the future.

Financial analysis of chosen companies

The diploma thesis deals with elaboration of financial analysis of the business, specialised in production of electroinstalation material. For this reason following companies were chosen: Kopos Kolín Ltd and Spel Ltd. The aim of thesis is, with help of methods and techniques of financial analysis, to evaluate financial situation and economy of both companies during the years 2010-2014. Based on the received results possible measurements for keeping or improving the situation of both companies in future with be suggested.
The theoretical part is focused of problems of financial analysis, basic methods and technique according to studying of special literature. The second part deals with application and evaluation of selected parametres in both companies, based on data receivend from accounting document. The thesis conclusion sums up the obtained results. Possible recommendations for keeping or improving of the recent situation of the companies are added.

The bachelor thesis examines evaluation of financial situation and performance of INCOMIA s.r.o. company and its development within years 2012 to 2014. This thesis works with elementary methods of financial analysis, therefore absolute, differential and ratio metric indicators which are moreover completed by an application of a bankrupt bonity model in the final chapter of this work.
Based on the realized analysis, the financial situation and performance of the company was evaluated as stable and satisfying. If any dramatic events in the particular industry are not going to happen or if there are not any unpredicted internal issues which could damage the company, the financial trend in next two years is going to be sustainable.

This diploma thesis Financial analysis of selected business subjects is focused on creation financial analysis of two chosen companies operating in the same field, which is agricultural production. Financial thesis was created on basis of provided financial statements of both companies for the period from 2010 to 2014. This diploma thesis contains creation of horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of chosen differntial and ratiometric index numbers, creation of selected value and bankruptcy models. In conclusion it was done comparison of two chosen agricultural companies and based on identified their weaknesses have been suggested procedures to improve.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is financial analysis of the company Linde Material Handling Česká republika s. r. o. during the period of 2011 - 2014. The thesis is devided into two main parts - methodical and practical part. The methodical part deals with the importance of financial analysis and various financial indicators. The practical part focuses on presentation of the company Linde Material Handling Česká republika s. r. o. followed by application of the methodical part on the analysed company. The results are then interpreted. The conclusion contains an evaluation of the financial health of the company.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to accomplish a financial analyse of the company Carla, s. r. o. between the years of 2011 and 2014. The thesis is divided into two parts. Methodical and practical. Methodical part is focused on description of procedures of financial analysis and definition of partikular indicators, concretely horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio indexes, bankrupcy and creditworthy models. In practical part of thesis the company Carla, s. r. o. is introduced and indexes, which are defined in methodical part are calculated. At the end there are summarized results of particular parts of financial analysis.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to carry out an analysis of the efficiency and financial health of a company and to compare the company with the rest of the branch from the point of view of an external user via the use of basic methods of financial analysis. The theoretical part deals with introducing of individual methods of financial analysis and the way they are calculated, while the practical part applies methods described in the theoretical part to the company DEZA, a.s. In the conclusion of the thesis the evaluation and foreshadowing of a possible future development is done.

This thesis deals with solvency and bankruptcy models usage evaluation and their matual comparison. The first part of the thesis describes solvency and bankruptcy models like Kralicek Quick Test, Solvency Index, Rudolf Doucha Balance Analysis, Grünwald Solvency Model, D-score, Aspect Ratio Global, Altman's Model, Taffler's Model, Springate Model, Zmijewski Model and individual Indexes of credibility. The aim of the thesis is to compare the ability of individual models to predict bankruptcy and indentify the powers which influence the results. Constituent aim is the susceptibility analysis of the presented models and proposal of suitable model for a specific field.
