Project of development of the beer tourism in Tábor region

The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to explore a potential development of beer tourism district of Tábor. The theoretical part summarizes information about gastronomic tourism, beer tourism and information services. In the practical part of the bachelor these, an analysis of beer tourism in the Tábor region was first performed. The practical part contains interviews with individual brewers about their brewery businesses, products, social media, a behavior of the visitors and other information about their activities. It further explores whether greater promotion and cooperation among the breweries in Tábor district would contribute to their growth. At the end of the work, three proposals were developed: profile on the Instagram social network, brochure about beer tourism in the Tábor region, and the last is creation of two cycle paths connecting these places.
Beer tourism in the Liberec Region

The dissertation is one of a number of contributions to the research of a rather new form of tourism - beer tourism, or gastronomy tourism in a broader context. In the first part of the dissertation, the topic is grasped theoretically. Firstly, beer tourism is defined as one of the alternative forms of spending leisure time, and it is classified within tourism typology, alongside the better-known wine tourism. Tourists currently prefer the alternative forms, with an emphasis on, besides other things, tradition, authenticity and experience, which make up the values typical for participating in beer tourism. In spite of this form being at the start of its expansion in the Czech Republic, in the last few years, its dynamic has been immense, which is documented by plain statistics. In the past 3 years, almost half of the current 340 Czech breweries have been established. Further in the text, the product of beer tourism is defined and its typology is created, by which the supply side of tourism on the level of the Czech Republic as well as the Liberec region is later analysed. The second part focuses on the assessment of a questionnaire survey, with the objective of assessing the respondents' perception of the beer market and tourism in the Liberec region. Analysis of Beertourism Potential in the Vysočina Region

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to make an analysis of the potential of beer tourism in the Vysočina Region. I am going to fulfill this object by compiling the analysis of location and realization conditions and spatial deployment of particular products in this region. The recommendation will be suggested based on the results from this analysis, which might help to develop the beer tourism in the investigated area.
Analysis of selected mini-breweries in South Bohemian region as destinations for family holiday

This bachelor thesis is focused on beer tourism in the South Bohemian region and analyzes the offer of six selected mini-breweries. The main objective is to verify the hypothesis that these businesses are suitable destinations for family holiday. The first part of the work deals with theoretical knowledge and defines important terms and concepts. The second part is a practical part, it contains an overview of all beer tourism products in the South Bohemian region, situational and comparative analysis of selected breweries, and especially the results and the evaluation of the quantitative research that was carried out for the purposes of this work. The conclusions drawn from the research will help to verify the hypothesis and to suggest changes or improvements.
Creation of new beer tours for Neckermann Reisen

Thesis analyses usage of a potential of Czech republic in beer tourism via beer tours. The main aim was to create new tours, which would be connecting small familial breweries in separated areas of Czech republic, east, west, middle of the republic plus Prague. Thesis was logically separated into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part shoul provide basic information about tourism, services and marketing of the services, which includes situation analysis and marketing mix. The end of this part involves description of the situation of breweries in Czech republic, like number of breweries, statistics of production and consumption of beer; and situation of beer tourism in this land. Practical part is applying knowlendges of theoretical part. First chapter includes analysis of the beer tours market, competition, suppliers, element of distribution and potentional customer. Next chapter is whole about new beer tours, this chapter involves description and process of individual tours and the last chapter includes layout of marketing mix.

Beer Trails in Jihočeský kraj

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate beer tourism potential of Jihočeský kraj. The first part of this thesis deals with the characteristics of gastronomy and beer tourism. The first chapter also presents successful foreign projects of gastronomy tourism. The second chapter presents tourism infrastructure and beer industry in Jihočeský kraj. In this chapter there are described and evaluated breweries in the region. The third chapter identifies possible reasons for Jihočeské pivní stezky project failure. Last chapter suggests beer cycle trails and beer packages on the ground of previous chapters.
Analysis of contribution of Plzeňský Prazdroj attractions to the development of tourism in three regions in the Czech republic

Theoretical part defines tourism generally, it describes basic terms and it characterizes destination marketing. Third part is about beer tourism. Following chapter introduces company Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. and it mentiones corporate mergers of breweries in Pilsen, Velké Popovice and Nošovice. It recounts tours in these three breweries. Situation analysis is divided into two parts. Analysis of external environment includes PEST analysis, competiton analysis, analysis of cooperating subjects and customer analysis. Analysis of internal environment involves analysis of strengths and weaknesses of visitor tours in three breweries. Six chapter is about questionnaire and evaluating results from it. Last chapter judges what is the influence of visitor tours on development of tourism in three regions in Czech republic. It contains some suggestions how to improve visit rates in the breweries.
