Taiwan's balance of trade

This thesis is about Taiwan's balance of trade and economical and political factors that affect it. In the first chapter, I define balance of trade in general. Next part consists of characteristics of Taiwanese history and economy and after those I finally focus on Taiwan's balance of trade and its structure. In the final part I talk about free trade agreements and international organizations that Taiwan wants to be part of and whose main goals are to lift certain trade barriers. In the light of the above mentioned information I try to predict the future structure of Taiwan's balance of trade.
The Impact of the Crisis on Sino-US Trade

This bachelor thesis focuses on the economic impacts of the global financial crisis on the cooperation between the United States and the People's Republic of China. Its aim is to show how the financial crisis which was created as a local crisis at the mortgage market in the United States, affected Sino-US economic cooperation, foreign direct investment flows, trade in goods and services. The first chapter focuses on the United States and describes the formation of the financial crisis, as well as their current position in the world economy, their foreign trade and international investment position. The second chapter is dedicated to the People's Republic of China from its foundation in 1949, through the partial liberalization, up to the current economic situation. It describes the development based on the inflow of foreign direct investment and export of goods. The third chapter describes the mutual trade cooperation between the USA and China, the commodity structure of their exports and imports, the balance of services and foreign direct investment flows. The fourth and final chapter of this thesis is devoted to an overall assessment of the economic impact of the crisis on their close cooperation, and also to prediction of the future development in the next five years.
Development of the balance of payments of the Czech Republic in the last ten years

This bachelor thesis describes the gradual evolution of the balance of payments of Czech Republic in the last ten years, ergo between years 2002 and 2011. It contains a theoretical part which deals with the fundamental characteristics of the balance of payments. The practical part analyzes the specific evolution of the balance of payments of Czech Republic in period 2002-2011. The conclusion is dedicated to the external economic balance of the country, within which focuses on the investment position, foreign debt and the most important balances of the balance of payments.

This thesis deals with technological specialization in German innovation system and position of German research system in international comparison. It also analyzes the impact of innovation policy on balance of trade.
The external economic equilibrium of the Czech republic

This thesis focuses on the theoretical conception of the Balance of Payment, its method of adjustment and stress the development of the Czech republic's Balance of Payment in period 2000 -- 2010 via analytical-descriptive approach. It defines its basic terms practical relations within framework of the horizontal and vertical outlook. Thesis's Attention is spread out between status and flow quantity. Thesis is also consist of three boxes that contain a short profile of intertemporal approach to the Common Account, sustainability of investment position and excursion to the essential theories of foreign currency exchange rate that is related to the Balance of payment tight. The end is dedicated to the "traditional" indicators of external equilibrium of the Czech republic in pre-monetary crisis era and in the present.

Bachelor thesis European economy and its importance in the world economy is focused on the place of economy of European union in the world and its current influence. The target of this thesis is to define, whether the economy of European Union is enough strong to become global leader. The thesis aims in the first chapter on the general characteristics of economy of European Union from the view of macroeconomic indicators and its current status. The second chapter pays attention to external economic relationships of the European Union with its biggest trade partners. The next aim of this chapter is to mention the world economic gain and potential, which can be strategic for European union in the future. Third chapter is linking for the two former and answers the final question, whether the economy of European union is global player and in which questions plays the key role. Final part of my thesis targets the future European Union and its next movement that can influence not only the economy of EU, but also the rest of the world.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of development of the balance of payments of the Czech Republic in years 2000 -- 2009. The first chapter is theoretical and it deals with the definition of balance of payments, its structure and with basic principles of external economic balance. The second chapter is practical and it describes the balance of payments as a whole. It is also devoted to explanation of the development of individual items of the balance of payments in years 2000 -- 2009, all in relation to important events which influenced Czech economy. The third chapter deals with the shape of external equilibrium of the Czech Republic. It thus talks about the most important balances of balance of payments, country's investment position as well as its foreign debt.
Development of economies of the Czech and Slovak Republic in the last twenty years

The goal of my thesis "Development of economies of the Czech and Slovak Republic in the last twenty years" is not only to assess and compare the economic development of Czech and Slovak Republic in the last twenty years, but also outline the economy of Czechoslovakia as a whole to have an idea of the citations and the context of the time. I only compared the development in the two economies, then also in relation to the EU. I divided the whole work into three chapters according to the various stages of development in the Czech and Slovak economies. In the first chapter, I proceed from a brief description of Czechoslovakia, ie. its creation and subsequent development up to 1989, through the transformation of the economy, focusing on the initial state of the economy, the basic operations carried out and macroeconomic page of the transition itself, to the split of Czechoslovakia into two independent states. The following chapter focuses on the characteristics of a separate economic development of the Czech and Slovak Republic until 2004, when both countries joined the EU. The final chapter then deals with the European Union, the Maastricht criteria before joining the EU and development of the economies after the entry into the Union with regard to the entry of Slovakia into the eurozone.
