Novotná, Barbora ; Hoidekrová, Kristýna (advisor) ; Angerová, Yvona (referee)
Title: Availability of Occupational Therapy Care in Patients with Acquired Brain Injury after Discharge from a Rehabilitation Center Abstract: At present, there is no standardised outpatient care that would be seamlessly linked to complex inpatient care and ensure the availability of specialised neurorehabilitation in all necessary areas (occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy and psychology). The main aim of the study was to evaluate the availability of occupational therapy care after discharge from a rehabilitation center after acquired brain injury at the Rehabilitation Institute Kladruby within the Cranioprogram and to create a current list of contracted health care providers for outpatient occupational therapy in the Czech Republic for adults. A questionnaire survey was used in the study, which was conducted on 50 respondents who participated in the Cranioprogram at the Rehabilitation Institute Kladruby. The mean age was 53, 4 (SD ± 15, 1) years and 14 women and 36 men participated. A list of contracted health service providers for ambulatory physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and psychology was requested from individual insurance companies. The data results show that 32 respondents attend at least 1 outpatient rehabilitation during the first month after the end of...
Availability and accessibility of alcohol and tobacco products on the internet for adolescents
Červenková, Nikola ; Mravčík, Viktor (advisor) ; Koutská, Kateřina Olga (referee)
Background: The Czech Republic has traditionally been perceived as a country with a relatively high availability of addictive substances for minors, which is also reflected in the results of control studies. The Internet is an important market environment and medium through which so called distance selling takes place. There are legal obligations to verify age in distance selling, but the extent and application of these obligations are not sufficiently described. Aim: The aim of this master's thesis was to find out how sellers of alcoholic beverages verify the age of shoppers and whether sellers of tobacco products etc. use a computer system that clearly verifies the age of the shopper. A sub-objective was to find out what the shipping options are when an order is placed and whether there is re-verification of the shopper's age when the goods are handed over. Methodology and material: The research set consisted of 30 online e-shops offering alcohol and 30 e-shops offering tobacco products. The selection was done in a regular internet environment, using search strings. The e-shops where control purchases were made were randomly selected from the list of analysed e-shops. Results: The research shows that alcohol and tobacco sellers do not sufficiently comply with all legal obligations. Only about...

Optimization of digital switching fields
Mikéska, Marek ; Šilhavý, Pavel (referee) ; Kapoun, Vladimír (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the features description of electronics switches for digital switching arrays and on the design of program for optimal calculation of switching points and the figure of switches in digital switching arrays investigation. The electronics switches types, used for time circuit separation, are described in the preamble. These switches are the base of digital switching arrays and in principal two types are defined: the switch S and switch T. The switch S allows the interconnection only of the same channel intervals from incoming circuit with random outgoing circuit. The switch S is being used in multistage switching arrays in combination with the switches T because it can not be used separately. The switch T allows exchanging the time position of incoming circuit to different time position of outgoing circuit depending on connection needs. The time switch can substitute the space switch under specific work conditions. In practice, the time switch with controlled reading and writing is used. The following part of diploma thesis is focused on the designs and calculations of optimal switching points of digital switching array which is the executive unit of switching systems. These systems directly interconnect the signals from digital multiplexes and make the basic assumptions for telecommunication networks integration. The digital switching array means the equipment which is able to connect the channels of digital multiplexes carrying the information in encoding form. The multiplexes are the most often with pulse coded modulation or adaptive delta modulation. The digital switching arrays are divided into the time and space one. The switching arrays of digital switching systems can be made by time switching array T whose realization is limited to specific capacity or by the connection of multistage arrays. Single stages sequenced one behind each other are made by the switches T and S. The space array S does not allow making the digital switching array of switching centre. The program which determines possible proposals of switching arrays from defined figure of inputs and calculates the optimal figure of switching points and switches is a part of diploma thesis.
