Obtaining Prices of Vehicles Sold in Czech Republic

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to create an application for obtaining information about vehicles from different car dealers across the Czech Republic. Information is obtained by searching for keywords from HTML and plain text. The application contains several scripts for downloading information and simple user experience. Data found are stored in the database and Nikolais Kantor's bachelor thesis works with them. The app is currently running only working on your localhost. The entire project uses the following technologies: HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL.

This bachelor's thesis contains the analysis, the design and the information system implementation of the Internet used-cars shop. The system files predominantly information about the cars which the used-cars shop offers for sale. The system saves basic data about each car, the data about the former keeper, general information about the car producer and about the car price changes. Two kinds of users can log into the system with a specific password. The customer of the used-cars shop who is allowed to view the catalogue of offered cars and make a reservation. The second is the system administrator who can edit saved data. The used-cars shop forum is also available.

Financial analysis of AutoESA a. s.

This bachelor thesis focuses on financial analysis of AutoESA a. s., evaluates its finacial health in a 2011-2015 period and implies the company's short-term plan for 2016. The methods used for analysis are described in methodological part of the thesis. In the following practical part the SWOT analysis is performed, followed by a horizontal and vertical analysis, calculation of ratio indicators, including comparison with competitors and market averages, and testing the company's financial helath with scoring and bankruptcy models. Finally, the short-therm prognosis is made including planned balace sheet and and planned income statement.
Analysis of marketing-mix of the company AAA AUTO a.s.

This work is focused on analysis of marketing mix in the company AAA Auto. The primary aim is to analyse the functionality of each marketing-mix components of the company. Particular attention is paid on the used-car market and its specifics. The secondary aim is to perform a questionnaire research within customers of the company. The work is divided into introduction, theoretical-methodological part, practical part and conclusion. The theoretical part consists of a review which includes the information about marketing, marketing-mix and marketing research. The company AAA Auto is introduced in the practical part, along with the analysis of marketing-mix elements. Special emphasis is put on the used-car market correspondingly to its differentness. Data from questionnaire research and its evaluation are added as well. At the close is summarized the obtained information. As a conclusion, suggestions for further improvement in every single element are proposed.

This bachelor thesis deals with legal regulation of the business of the used car dealerships in the Czech Republic with focus of the risks connected with unfair competition of the used car dealerships. The business of the used car dealerships is described in the theoretical part in form of analyze of the private legislation of the business between used car dealership and buyer. Filling of the practical part is to find the risks relating with a purchase a used car and of these risks to select the risks complying the merits of unfair competition.
