Evaluation of gas flow in the scintillation detector at different profiles and sizes of holes in the screens that have shaped the network
Truhlář, Michal ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Maxa, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with the flow of gas in the scintillation detector. Thesis describes the function of an electron microscope, the composition, distribution and development of microscopes from the earliest to modern. The work also includes familiarization with SolidWorks 3D modeling in which is the electron microscope modeled and Cosmos FloWorks in which they are carried out simulations of gas flow. The paper is focused on the flow of gas in various shapes of the screen and various pressures in chamber of specimen. The results of the analysis of both apertures variants are compared with the request to minimize the pressures in the trajectory of the secondary electrons of well as in the chamber of specimen.

Beamforming using microphone arrays
Bartoň, Zdeněk ; Schimmel, Jiří (referee) ; Míča, Ivan (advisor)
The aim of the master thesis is to sum up theoretical information about beamforming methods of microphone arrays and to verify their functionality. At the beginning of this work there are simulated different varietes of linear uniform and nonuniform microphone arrays and circular arrays. The results are verificated by a practical measurement in ideal conditions. Then I will focuse on implementation of the DAS(Delay And Sum), SAB(Sub Array Beamforming), CDB(Constant Directivity Beamforming), CDB-CA(CDB-Circular Arrays) beamformer including theoretical and practical verification of the functionality in ideal conditions. At the end of this thesis are all beamforming methods compared with each other at SNR(signal to Noise Ratio) and directivity parameters.

Comparison of flow conditions in the gas detector used in the aperture and screen
Hubáček, Jiří ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Maxa, Jiří (advisor)
The first part of the thesis deals with electron microscopy and physical model fluid flow. In the next part, a three-dimensional model is created in programme SolidWorks. It is the model of scintilating detector with aperture or screen with three hundred little apertures. These models are submitted to analysis focusing on investigation of the gas flow at different pressure in chamber of specimen ESEM using Cosmos FloWorks system. The results of the analysis of both apertures variants are compared with the request to minimize the pressure in the trajectory of the secondary electrons as well as in the chamber of specimen.

Realization of digital exposure meter
Vacula, Richard ; Michal, Vratislav (referee) ; Frýza, Tomáš (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis deals with the history of light measurement, ways of measuring exposure and constructions of exposure meters. In the last chapters it is treated of the realization of digital exposure meter. This project also examines the characteristics of digital light sensor ISL29003 and its use for purposes of measuring exposure.

Procedurally Generated Lens Flare Effect for Blender
Volf, Petr ; Milet, Tomáš (referee) ; Chlubna, Tomáš (advisor)
Lens flare is an image artefact caused by unintended reflection of light in camera's lens system. The goal of this project is simulation of this phenomena in open source 3D content creation suite Blender. The generated effect is then composited into final image. The project is designed as an add-on. The add-on allows user to customize several parameters to achieve the desired result.

Problems in Solder Paste Stencil Printing for Fine Pitch Components
Šimeček, Ondřej ; Polsterová, Helena (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
Despote the indisputable advantages of fine-pitch components, is need to calculate with a few trouble during production, especially increased requirements for accuracy of mounting and solder printing. In this work I’m concerned with problems of solder printing for these components and evaluation using SPC. For the evaluation I used 3D paste inspection based on laser scanning of the surface. The output of this work is to describe the principles of solder printing and elaborating of GR&R, SPC analysis and histograms of solder printing for some outputs. I focused in my master thesis on motive design change of problematic components and economic evaluation of the adjustments.

Simulation of Lens Features
Kučiš, Michal ; Seeman, Michal (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
Computer vision algorithms typically process real world image data acquired by cameras or video cameras. Such image data suffer from imperfections cause by the acquisition process. This paper focuses on simulation of the acquisition process on simulation of the acquisition process in order to enable rendering of images based on a 3D generated model. Imperfections, such as geometry distorion, chromatic aberration, depth of field effect, motion blur, vignetting and lens flare are considered.
