This master’s thesis deals with the establishment of a new Fornetti Café shop which is operating as a franchise. The opening part is focused on theoretical knowledge, basic notions and methods of creating of a business plan. The analytic part evaluates the current situation of the chain and the future franchisant. The final, practical part of the thesis contains the business plan for setting up of the franchise shop.

The subject of this thesis is the elaboration of a complete business plan for a new guest house. The work is divided into two parts. The first part deals with theoretical solutions needed for a new business in the hotel industry. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which is processed in several types of analyzes designed to identify the company itself and its competition. Analysis also serves as a source of information to create a business plan of the new guest house, which will be able to succeed in competitive challenges and become a thriving enterprise.

The subject of the thesis is an analysis of the effectiveness of marketing communication strategy in private health care facility of optometry, evaluation of customer perception and design measures to encourage business performance. The first part describes the theories, which knowledge of is necessary to build a communication plan. The second part is an analysis of the current external communication within the organization and evaluation of its effectiveness based on a questionnaire survey. The final part includes suggestions for changes and appropriate communication measures to increase business performance.

The object of practical part, is to analyse and measure reports on corporate social responsibility according to the GRI Guidelines.
