Metallization of technical plastics for lightweight traffic components with reduced fuel consumption

The beginning of this thesis is dedicated to polymeric materials, which include plastics an composites. Plastics are shortly divided into two groups, thermoplastics and thermosets. The following part is the use of plastics and composites in traffic industry and briefly this work focuses on techniques of recycling of this materials. This work also focuses on the techniques of thin film deposition, electroless plating, electrodeposition as well and plating in the vacuum environment. special techniques of thin film deposition are also mentioned shortly. The coatings of polymer including cleaning and surface activation is introduced using various techniques including plasma treatment. The surface treatment of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is included too. The final part describes performed experiments and discussion of results.

Activation admixtures in concrete

The aim of my bachelor´s work is the summarization and focus on admixure concrete,and the active and inert admixure, which have some positive characteristies for fresh and hardened concrete. Theoretically, I tried to study the increase of their joining potential while this characteristic can be used by either chemici or mechnical way, their combination as well. I also Works on evaluetion of physically mechanical influence for fresh and hardened concrete that can up to 60 days old while the cement was partly substituted by admixure of different character.

This bachalors thesis is essay about biological pretreatment of sawages water. This procces is described in example of pretreatment plant in Svatoborice – Mistrin. Main part is applied to activation procces, in which are the most of dangerous substances separated. The important parameters are calculated.

Activity of Neural Network in Hidden Layers - Visualisation and Analysis

Goal of this work was to create system capable of visualisation of activation function values, which were produced by neurons placed in hidden layers of neural networks used for speech recognition. In this work are also described experiments comparing methods for visualisation, visualisations of neural networks with different architectures and neural networks trained with different types of input data. Visualisation system implemented in this work is based on previous work of Mr. Khe Chai Sim and extended with new methods of data normalization. Kaldi toolkit was used for neural network training data preparation. CNTK framework was used for neural network training. Core of this work - the visualisation system was implemented in scripting language Python.

Container sewage treatment plants up to 500 PE

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis was making a survey of companies involved in producing container type waste water treatment plants in the domestic market. In the first part of the bachelor´s thesis there is an overview of types of plants, including the method of implementation, use and placement and subsequent operation. In the practical part there is a list of companies active in this field in the Czech Republic that were compared to each other in terms of technological, machine-technological and financial aspects depending on the population for which they are intended for. Data provided by these companies and their processing can be used in selection of container of waste water for expert and unprofessional public, which is considering the acquisition of container plant.

The research part describes objects with a low presence of organic pollution in wastewater and possible treatment methods in dependence of pollution source's size. The practical part contains the design of technological options of treatment of wastewater with a low presence of organic pollution for a specific object.

Phosphate conversion coatings

The main objective of the master’s thesis is to study the influence of phosphate coating structure on the mechanical properties of screw connection. The theoretical part describes the conventional phosphating process and it is followed by an analysis of current knowledge of phosphating technology. Experiments are carried out on screw valves mounted to a high pressure diesel pump by Bosch Diesel s.r.o., made of unalloyed carbon steel. To investigate the effect of the structure on the connection sealing, twelve kinds of phosphate coatings varying in one process parameter were prepared. The monitored parameters determining the phosphate structure are – type of phosphate and activation bath, its temperature and concentration and time of immersion. The sealing connection is examined during simulated assembly process by angle controlled tightening while measuring torque and permanent material deformation. Prepared layers are characterized by determination of weight per unit area and their structure observed by electron microscope.

Activation of sponsoring in softball club in Prague

Title: Activation of sponsorship in softball club in Prague Objectives: The aim of this work is to activate sponsorship in a softball club in Prague by creating four personalised sponsoring offers for the preselected companies. These offers will be created based on analysis of current state of the club sponsorship and possible benefits the club could offer. Methods: The paper will use qualitative research methods. Firstly, the paper will be focused on analysis of the current state of sponsorship in the club using a qualitative interview with the general manager of the club and short interviews with the current sponsoring companies about their satisfaction. Afterwards, a list of possible benefits for the sponsors will be provided using data from an interview with a sponsoring specialist and the interviews with sponsors. Based on the list and the information collected during the interviews the personalised sponsorship offers will be designed. Results: Results from the executed research and the analysis of current state of the sponsorship in the club provided starting points for the creation of personalised sponsorship activation offers for chosen companies.
