The criminal law instruments against organized crime
Šmejc, Marek ; Jelínek, Jiří (advisor) ; Šelleng, Dalibor (referee)
78 The Means of Criminal Law Dealing With Organized Crime Abstract The rigorous thesis explores the phenomenon of organized crime, examining it from criminological, criminal law, and historical perspectives in the introduction. Within the initial pages, the thesis delves into the concept of organized crime, considering various expert opinions. However, attempts to conceptually or empirically capture the phenomenon face numerous challenges due to its complexity and diverse forms. The thesis consistently emphasizes the importance of the topic, stemming from the serious threat to public interest posed by organized crime and ongoing international and national debates on the need to improve tools to combat it. The author also examines the current legal regulations, both domestic and international. The conclusion of the second chapter particularly focuses on the criminal offense of participation in an organized criminal group. Another chapter is dedicated to categorizing tools to combat organized crime into legal, institutional, and political categories. The author then delves into selected criminal law tools to combat organized crime, focusing on some of the most problematic instruments, where skepticism among certain experts is often justified. These controversial institutions of criminal procedural law,...
Multi-Agent Systems for Social Network Modelling
Lelkes, Gábor ; Král, Jiří (referee) ; Samek, Jan (advisor)
This thesis introduces the reader to topics of social networks and multi-agent systems. It's goal is to describe design and implementation of a functional model of social network as a multi-agent system built on Jason framework, and, in the end evaluate this effort.
Platform for Mobile Agents in Wireless Sensor Networks
Horáček, Jan ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
This work deals with implementation of an agent platform, which is able to run agent code in wireless sensor networks. Implementation has been done for MICAz platform, which uses TinyOS operating system for developing applications. This work contains list of chosen TinyOS parts and illustrates, how such a platform can be used for our purposes. We will describe main features of ALLL language and we will also demonstrate some examples of agents.
Coalition Formation in Multiagent Systems Using Genetic Algorithms
Kučera, Tomáš ; Uhlíř, Václav (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
This thesis discusses the basics of software agents and the way they form the multiagent coalitions. Genetic algorithms are introduced as one of the methods of solving the coalition formation problem. MAPC 2018 competition is introduced, which inspired the final design and implementation of the solution by using the tools described. A demo project was created, in which agents communicate with the MASSim server and gather data which is then used as an input into the genetic algorithm. Its purpose is to assign the agents to the tasks based on the input data, so that the tasks can be accomplished in the most effective manner possible. The results of this algorithm are evaluated in experiments which are focused on the quality of the solutions found as well as the time required for the calculation.
Smart Home Control by Utilizing AllJoyn Platform
Resler, Tomáš ; Kováč, Dominik (referee) ; Hošek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor work concerns with system Alljoyn which tries to standardize the interface for communication in the frame of intelligent house. The basic principles and the structure of the framework Alljoyn including the recent proposal of the modules Lighting framework and Gateway Agent have been described in the theoretical oriented part of the work. The practical oriented part stars with the description of the getting the Alljoyn framework including the Lighting controller and the Gateway Agent to work on the hardware router provided with operating system OpenWRT. The following parts present own testing connector for the Alljoyn Gateway which have been written to allow the remote control of the lights via cloud service Twitter. The functionality of the router have been tested with software simulator of the Alljoyn lights Luminaire and an own ligths driving program developed utilizing the experimental Lighting SDK for mobile devices with operating system Android.
System For Monitoring of Network Servers and Services
Holubec, Petr ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with creation of a monitoring system that provides active periodic monitoring of servers and their specific services and a variety of notification methods exceeded the monitored value. In addition, displays statistics and graphs of monitored values and provides monitoring of system resources (assuming you start a monitoring agent). To control the system serves a client application that is available for standard desktop operating systems and mobile system Android.
Simulation and Design of Intelligent Agents
Šperka, Svatopluk ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
Conventional method of development which repeats phases of design, implementation and testing is not adequate for systems like intelligent agents for which complex behavior is required but specification is unclear at the beginning of development process. Incremental design of agent's model during simulation seems more suitable for it enables direct feedback in behavioral changes of a system. This interactivity speeds up development process and helps to uncover parts of a space of all models to designer - thanks to new knowledge acquired during simulation. This thesis aims to provide comparison of suitability of two agent architectures and respective platforms in context of SmallDEVS modeling and simulation framework for this methodology of development. First approach is reactive and decentralized subsumption architecture based on DEVS formalism and the second one is PNagent, framework realizing deliberative BDI architecture using Object Oriented Petri Nets.
Flight Simulator Based on Jason Multi-Agent System
Punčochářová, Pavlína ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Samek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create a 2D flight simulator using Jason multi-agent system and AgentSpeak language. In this simulator, the aircrafts will be represented by agents and their behavior will be described by plans implemented in AgentSpeak language. Agents will use these plans to demonstrate different types of behavior such as detection and collision avoidance, the taking of a position or persecution. The final application consists of two parts - the simulation module and the user interface. Simulation module is the core of simulator and it is created in the Jason system. The user interface provides the possibility to control simulations and creating user simulation models.
Usage of Intelligent Agents in Wireless Sensor Networks
Žídek, Petr ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
This thesis is focused on wireless sensor networks and implementation tools for creation and simulation of applications. It describes WSnageNt project, which is intended to support agents in wireless sensor networks. The main objective of this thesis is to extend the WSageNt project with new features that will allow to create agents with more capabilities. These features will be then used to extend the WSageNt project with network node movement tracking capability.
A Real-Time Computer Game with AI
