Direct involvement of a kindergarten teacher in physical activities seen from the viewpoint of a child
HOLLMANOVÁ, Eva
The aim of my bachelor thesis is to find out the opinion of preschool children on direct involvement of kindergarten teacher in outside moving activities. The theoretical part contains definitions of terms used, characteristics of preschool period, mention of Framework Educational Programme for Preschool Education (FEP PE) and chapters related to educational areas. The practical part contains the results of a mixed research. The children responses, obtained through the method of interviews, arise, among other things, from the created list of moving activities. This list has been created during working time with children in one year. All of these activities are practically tested and suitable for the direct involvement of the teacher. In the list of moving activities, included in Appendix num. 1, there are partial objectives, educational offer and general reflection. For comparison, the method of questionnaire survey also provided answers to the same questions from kindergarten teachers. The collected data was processed and evaluated. From the results of the interviews it is clear that all children from research welcome the direct involvement of the teacher. Comparison of interviews and questionnaires shows that the views of children and teachers on the involvement are almost the same. Just there are significant differences in kinds and frequency. Therefore, I recommend that teachers become more involved in physical activities, in terms of frequency, intensity and length. And they take into account children's views when planning physical activities.
The specifics of nursing care in a child with a middle ear inflammation
KANDĚROVÁ, Marie
Current situation: Besides the issues of nursing care and areas that are directly associated with the inflammation of the middle ear, the research deals with these areas - diagnostic procedures, aetiology, treatment and prevention. Medial ear inflammation usually develops from the respiratory system inflammation. The inflammation of the middle ear has several complications that can interfere with the healthy development of the baby, among those complications are hearing disorders and speech disorders. Objective of the thesis: The aim of the thesis was to describe the specifics of nursing care of a child suffering from the medial ear inflammation and to evaluate the knowledge of nurses regarding the problem of this disease. Methodology and research sample: A qualitative research was selected for the research, achieved by the technique of non-standardized interviews with a total of eight nurses working at a paediatrician's, in the specialized ENT surgery and at a children's ward in the hospital. The selection of a nursing sample was deliberate. Open coding technique "pencil and paper" carried out the analysis of the data obtained. The results were then interpreted by the technique "cards explanation". Results: Among the specifics of nursing care for children with the middle ear inflammation are: maintaining the cleanliness of the ear canal and airways including the nose. Observing the overall condition of the child, monitoring the secretion from the auditory duct. The ability to assist during the diagnostic therapeutic and curative process and also the interventions in nursing diagnoses, acute pain (00132), ineffective airway passage (00031), hyperthermia (00007), or risk of infection (00004). Nurses from children's ward are well informed in all areas concerning the middle ear inflammation (characteristics of the disease, pathogenesis, treatment, prevention and general nursing care). According to the nurses's statements, it is obvious that the premature intervention of the nursing activities in the primary preventive care includes the early identification of the primary symptoms of middle ear inflammation in children with this health problems and to educate the parents about the prevention of this disease. Nurses working along with specialists have logically demonstrated good knowledge of specific healing practices such as the application of the drug to the ear canal or paracenthesis. Nurses in nursing homes focus on planning and implementing comprehensive nursing care for a child with this disease. Conclusions and recommendations for practice: The nurses, who were questioned, have proved good knowledge of nursing care for children with the middle ear inflammation. An integral part of their competencies is the education and involvement of parents in the treatment and prevention of children's middle ear inflammation. Part of the thesis is a suggestion for recommendations concerning the early recognition of the first symptoms of the middle ear inflammation in children and the prevention of their recurrence.

My thesis concentrates on the game, the playfulness and the toy. At first, I was searching for where these topics were most common and how they effected our lives generally. I presented some of the definitions. Then I worked more with these definitions and I put them into a connection with the art and the padegogy. Later I made a separated point of the role of the game, the playfulness and the toy in the visual art. I introduced some artist, who have been using the topics of mainly the game and the playfulness in their art work. The toy was presented more like the theme of the art works. The final part concentrates on the visual art project, which is prepared for children at age eight to ten years. One of the range was introduced deeply. n this range present individual lessons, one of them is showed in detail. This lesson is named The painting by the soap bubbles and I had been taught it at The basic art school Na Proseku. After this lesson I wrote reflection of it. LONGÍNOVÁ, Ilona
Home and outpatient nursing care about children suffering cystic fibrosis Cystic fibrosis is a serious autosomally recessive disease in European population. The disease affects lungs and the digestive system. Complex medical procedures have started to develop recently which improve the prognosis. Surrounding factors are also very important age, infection, nutrition, quality of medical and nursing care and above all, quality of home nursing care. CF is treatable today, nevertheless even with maximum care, using all available methods and processes, which modern medicine offers, it is unfortunately not curable. The task for modern medicine is mainly to reduce problems caused by this disease and to prevent worsening the problems. Care about breathing tubes is very important, as well as good nutrition, repression of infection and inflammation and treating complications. Nursing care about a child suffering cystic fibrosis is a topic including many problems it includes medicine, mental and social aspects. Parents and a team of specialists from an ambulance of cystic fibrosis are very important and their role of taking care about a diseased child is irreplaceable. The specialists, using their professional knowledge, help the parents to take care about the child well and at the same time react positively to the child´s needs. Their role of educating the parents and whole family is also irreplaceable. The mother or parents need someone to demonstrate specialized care of the child and to be able to try it themselves. They need support. In case the mother or parents and medical staff manage to cooperate well, we can reach requested results and satisfaction can be found on both sides.
