Automation of the calibration process
Mařas, Michael ; Šedivá, Soňa (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the automation of the calibration process at the workplace for calibration of electronic power meters and the description of the method of evaluation of calibration results. The paper analyses the calibration workstation and the manual method of calibration performed by the calibration laboratory staff. Furthermore, proposals for automating the manual method of calibration and a description of the implementation of a program for automating this process are given. Subsequently, the uncertainty analysis is described in the paper. In this section, the uncertainty analysis according to the GUM method and the subsequent calculation of these uncertainties are presented. The correctness of the calculation of uncertainties according to the GUM method is verified by the Monte Carlo method. In the last part of the work, the method of evaluation of the calibration results according to ILAC-G8:09/2019 is described and the form of the calibration protocol is described.
A popular fairy tale as a theme referring to the sources and strength of it's author
FEJTKOVÁ, Tereza
The work deals with the search for the strength and resources of man in his favourite fairy tale story. The theoretical part deals with the fairy tale in general, its characteristics and structure. It also summarizes the importance of the psychological effect of the fairy tale on man. The application of fairy tale themes in art therapy work is described in more detail, and the background of projective-intervention therapy is mentioned. The practical part focuses on the search for strength and resources in the theme of My Favourite Fairy Tale. Seven case studies are presented, which are developed using a qualitative research method. In line with the focus of the art therapy study, the respondents' artifacts are interpreted in detail. The findings from the practical part of the thesis, together with the theoretical aspects, are compared in the discussion and the results are summarised in the conclusion of the thesis.
Energy supply of the complex Technicka 2
Buráň, Petr ; Lisý, Martin (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
The theme of this master thesis is „Energy supply to the site Technická 2“. This thesis is divided into several parts. First we will get in touch with concept of combined heat and power and also with principle of photovoltaic electricity production. We will continue with description of site before and after reconstruction. Then we will follow with analyze the effect of reconstruction on energy consumption. In the end we will make some suggestions for using the local source of heat and electricity in Faculty of mechanical engineering, Brno university of technology. All suggestions will be analyzed from energy and economic point of view.
Small solar power plant
Šimůnek, Patrik ; Kolouch, Jaromír (referee) ; Kubíček, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a small solar power-station utilizing a lead-acid battery. Its purpose is to provide power for small household applicances. This project consists of a theoretical design of the system, detailed design of MPPT regulator and a design of schematic circuitry and PCB. Finally, actual measured parameters of the whole systém are presented.
DC/DC converter 12V/300V
Žurek, Jan ; Hanák, Pavel (referee) ; Kubánek, David (advisor)
This Bachelor´s Thesis is about switch power supplies theory. It contains comparation with power supplies made of linear components and briefly describes principals of each type. Bigger attention is devoted to fly-back engagement, on which´s basic is then in practice designed particular switch power supply. All key components are counted, including initiation of important species interaction, especially of transformator, MOSFET semiconductor triode, output diode, and there are chosen important components, which are subsequently implemented into the particular switch power supply engagement. This blocking engagement turned out to be functionless. That was why I decided to use engagement called half-bridge, which was viable.
Power supply for acquisition and communication subsystem of a current transformer
Beran, Tomáš ; Král, Jan (referee) ; Kubíček, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on designing a power supply for measuring part and communication part of a device, which is supposed to analyze current waveforms on high voltage lines. The power supply consists of a current transformer, control electronics, and accumulation elements. The thesis analyzes the current waveforms on high voltage lines to get an overview of input data so that the right current transformer can be chosen. A working principle of these transformers is described, as well as the options for accumulation elements. Power supply requirements for the power supply are determined as well. The next part of the thesis summarises this theoretical knowledge and applies it to the schematic design. This is followed by a description of the schematic with an included description of function blocks. Additional adjustments that would improve the power supply's properties might be mentioned. This will be followed by designing a PCB layout. The final part includes the manufacturing process and determination of parameters like power, efficiency, etc. In the manufacturing process, the PCB will be printed, soldered, and evaluated on an electrical test. The electrical test inspects the functionality of the designed power supply by simulating real-life scenarios of high voltage lines. At last, an impact of the power supply on the measuring system will be analyzed.
Class D power amplifier 2x 2 kW with switching power supply
Tylich, Ondřej ; Pazdera, Ivo (referee) ; Martiš, Jan (advisor)
The content of this thesis is a complete design of an amplifier working in class D, including a theoretical analysis. The thesis describes the functions of individual amplifier function blocks. The appropriate Class D amplifier topology is selected for the application. The design of the amplifier must correspond to the required power of 2x 2 kW to 4. The necessary calculations are performed to ensure the correct function of the amplifier. For reliability, it is necessary to select suitable terminal transistors. The thesis is a theoretical analysis of power supplies. Subsequently, a source with a suitable topology is designed, which will be designed to power the amplifier in class D. All necessary parameters are calculated, especially the power parts. The thesis deals with the design and complete implementation of the entire amplifier, starting with the design of the PCB and their production, subsequent installation, and recovery. After ensuring the function of all parts of the amplifier, various measurements are performed.
Acoustic emissions of buildings
Smažinka, Josef ; Uher, Pavel (referee) ; Rubinová, Olga (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with acoustics with the main focus on acoustic emissions of buildings. The first part of the thesis aims to familiarize the reader with the field of acoustics as a whole. They will learn the basic concepts, quantities and relations that exist in acoustics. In the second part I focus specifically on the sources of noise in buildings and their surroundings, how can excessive noise affect health, what standards must be met and how to prevent excessive noise. The last part is devoted to practical measurements in the field, which is focused on real sources of noise in the city of Brno. The aim of this measurement is to compare the noise generated by buildings with other noises in the urban environment.
