The aim of the thesis “Assessment and proposal of company’s expansion to foreign markets” is an evaluation of company’s decision to enter foreign markets. Evaluates company’s entry to the Slovak market via establishing a subsidiary company, assesses situation and proposes further follow-on courses of action for foreign expansion. Entry of selected Czech company to the Bulgarian market

This thesis focuses on form of entry of specific czech stock company to bulgarian railway market. Thesis is divided into four chapters. First one deal with the forms of entry to foreign markets, the second chapter using SWOT and PEST analyses analyzes Bulgarian environment. The third chapter presents the concrete Czech stock company, its entrance to foreign markets with emphasis on the form of entry into the Bulgarian market. The fourth chapter describes the history of the concrete Czech stock company on the Bulgarian railway market and then outlines new possibilities of cooperation on the Bulgarian market.
Export Strategy of Brewery Nymburk

This thesis deals with export strategy of Brewery Nymburk spol. s.r.o. The main purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the export strategy and to include recommendations to improve the current strategy. The first chapter is focused on Czech beer market, its history, beer consumption in the Czech Republic and trends of the market. It also contains theory of accessing foreign markets and its problems. In the practical part it focuses on Brewery Nymburk, its history, production and product line. The thesis also includes SWOT and PEST analysis of the firm. The export strategy analysis gives details about Danish beer market, foreign market access and export development to Denmark. The final chapter includes recommendations for the brewery's activities in the future.
Strategie vstupu společnosti Velteko s.r.o. na trh USA

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse conditions of entry into the foreign market of the United States of America, the readiness of the Czech company VELTEKO s.r.o. as an American non-resident for this particular foreign expansion and to evaluate the total process requirements of getting a new US business started. The first part focuses on entry into foreign markets in general, the introduction of the company and providing basic information on the United States. The next section concentrates on current activities of the company on the US market, reasons for further expansion and factors to be taken into consideration before setting up a new business. On the basis of analysis, consultations and information obtained, the outcome of the thesis is to outline the most suitable possibilities of starting and doing business in the USA. This recommendation will include two places of incorporations and a type of business entity I consider to be the most appropriate for a new business set up by Czech nationals.
RAVAK entry into foreign markets

The principal aim of this theses is to highlight the various differences in selected countries. I will also try to obtain information about the problems in communication or in the actual commercial negotiations based on the experience of workers of the RAVAK company. The first part outlines the emergence of the RAVAK company, its beginnings, the scope of foreign expansion and training of workers. Furthermore, this chapter focuses on trade fairs and exhibitions, and a financial crisis. The next seven chapters are intended to introduce a course of action in some foreign countries. I chose Russia, Lithuania, United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, China, Germany and Spain. In these chapters I will try to bring the entry of the RAVAK company into these markets, to identify any initial problems, the trade negotiations with local partners and other evidence. I will try to analyze the diversity of the cultures and behaviors in different countries. In trading on a foreign market, each firm met with culture shock, which must somehow cope. Cultural shock is a divergence in thinking and behavior of residents of other countries. These differences are described in this theses. I will try to show examples and to indicate possible solutions to various situations.
Export analysis and suggestion of export strategy of the company Gumotex,a.s.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the export analysis and recommendation of export strategy of the company Gumotex, a.s. based in Břeclav. Gumotex is the biggest national processor of polyurethane foam. Theoretical part explains the procedure which should be followed by a company trying to enter an international market. Analytical part includes the analysis of company's total export and a suggestion on enlargement of its exported portfolio. Internal documents were used in this thesis.

The last part is dedicated to possible future progress of Geodis.
