Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zmapovat podmínky vstupu na zahraniční trh USA, provést analýzu připravenosti české výrobní společnosti VELTEKO s.r.o. na tuto expanzi a zhodnotit celkovou náročnost procesu zakládání americké společnosti zahraničním subjektem. První část práce bude na teoretické úrovni věnována problematice vstupu na zahraniční trhy, představení dané společnosti, základním informacím o Spojených státech amerických a druhům právních forem společností, které zde lze založit. Další část bude zaměřena na současné aktivity firmy na trhu USA, důvody pro další rozšiřování jejích obchodních aktivit a faktory, které by měla před zakládáním americké společnosti zvážit. Výstupem bakalářské práce je návrh nejvhodnější možnosti podnikání českého subjektu v USA, který je stanoven na základě výsledků provedených analýz a informací získaných během odborných konzultací. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse conditions of entry into the foreign market of the United States of America, the readiness of the Czech company VELTEKO s.r.o. as an American non-resident for this particular foreign expansion and to evaluate the total process requirements of getting a new US business started. The first part focuses on entry into foreign markets in general, the introduction of the company and providing basic information on the United States. The next section concentrates on current activities of the company on the US market, reasons for further expansion and factors to be taken into consideration before setting up a new business. On the basis of analysis, consultations and information obtained, the outcome of the thesis is to outline the most suitable possibilities of starting and doing business in the USA. This recommendation will include two places of incorporations and a type of business entity I consider to be the most appropriate for a new business set up by Czech nationals.
