Personality Development of the Company Manager

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the management of personal development of managers of the business company OMAP Financial Group. The thesis combines the theoretical part, where the basic concepts of management are explained and topics such as personality types, motivation, stress management, time management and personal development are discussed, with the practical part, which includes the analysis of all these areas in selected managers. Based on this analysis, recommendations and suggestions are offered to increase their effectiveness and the overall success of the company.

The use of TIME management in nursing practice

The bachelor thesis deals with the use of the TIME management concept in the practice of nursing. The theoretical part presents knowledge related to wound management, with the primary focus on the concept of TIME management and its use in nursing. In the empirical part, the first objective was to compare the knowledge of the TIME management concept in terms of the education of the nursing staff. The study's second objective was to find out the kind of experience nurses have in TIME management. The third and last objective was to map whether, an000d to what extent, TIME management is being used in selected wards. To meet the objectives, three hypotheses were formulated. The objectives were achieved through quantitative research using a non-standardized questionnaire. The research population included general nurses working in selected wards in the Klatovy hospital. The total number of respondents was 140. The results obtained verified that respondents with higher education more often declared knowledge of the rating scales (p = 0.006), reflecting the importance of educational background when preparing to provide effective care to non-healing wounds. When assessing the level of experience with TIME management, there were no significant changes in wound parameter scores, which related to respondents' length of experience. It was also found that the use of therapeutic methods in TIME management varied by type and specialization of the ward, which is primarily related to the frequency of the occurrence of non-healing wounds in a given workplace.

Time management in construction company managerial work

The goal of the thesis is to find out if manager in the area of building uses the methods of time management for the planning of work and tasks. At the beginning of theoretical part is the basic definition of the „time management“, assessment of the goals and the priorities, explanation of the methods used by time management and how to manage effectively. This part of the thesis deals with the downside as well – procrastination. Shows this downside as inability to manage the time management. The methods of time management are described and history of this methods as well. The second – practical part of the thesis – contains proposed hypotheses what investigate how the time management is in reality used by building managers, how helps the electronics and if managers prefer the working time. The author tries this hypotheses to confirm or to refute using the survey and structured interviews in selected building companies. The results of the thesis are suitable recommendations for more effective planning of the time and avoidance the mistakes in this area.

Diploma thesis „Management of personal development“ is focused on the analysis in the management of personal development in the production company ITAB Shop Concept CZ, a.s. focusing on technical-economic workers, and especially to the managers of company. The theoretical part is focused on the fundamental concepts in this area, defining the manager’s personality, his demands, self-management (time and stress management), training and development employees. It also discusses the internal and external factors acting on managerial development, improving performance through mental hygiene, lifestyle and wellbeing. The practical part focuses on the current status of management of personal development and the rules under which the selection process and the choice of development and education. It is focused on finding the requirements for managers and design of a particular solution that is focused to the opportunities for further development company.

The bachelor thesis focuses on how construction managers in Belarus know and use time management techniques, how they manage their time and which factors influence it. The theoretical part contains basic concepts related to the topic of time management, explains the concept of procrastination and basic time management techniques. In the practical part, the author answered 4 research questions based on a survey. The result of the work is recommendations and suggestions on how to improve time management and deal with procrastination.
